Hi everybody

I just did my non o retirement extention of stay  for 1 year, with "all  the help of agent"

at soi post office (Maneerat visa)

The whole process took me less than 1 hr.From meeting agent

to immigration. For those looking for this visa, look no futher.

Stress free.Just add LINE with them, and chat and it will

provide u with a stress free non o retirement extention of stay.

Apply on 5th aug,received on 6th august.Very happy customer.

The price quoted for extention is cheaper than i check elsewhere.

Good luck guys.

When i did my extention in chiangmai last year using a agent with "no extra

help from agent",it was abt the same cost.If "extra agent help" in chiangmai

Is way,way more than this price.

In CM my agent is 7900 total per year and has been for many years. That is one year retirement extension and all 90 days reports, if needed. ( I normally do online but they send reminders and are a back up if I get a rejection)

I use a FD a/c and spend 10 minutes at the agents followed my 5 minutes at immigration.  So mush time and hassle saved which I can use to my advantage elsewhere!

I doubt that!

I suspect the above price includes help  with financial qualifications. That is something an agent  or Immigration staff would have to help with and is not done for free.

I used to do my own too for the 1900 cost... usually had to queue more than 15minute to get a ticket in the pre-approval line.

Agreed, the clue is in "all  the help of agent" so not just the hand holding.

Gone up from 12.5K last year, due to the banking ‘issues’

Pretty sure that price doesn’t include them putting 800000 baht in your bank account

What nonsense.

You prepared all your paperwork, visited the bank and went to immigration and bank home again all in 15 minutes?

This is useful information, thanks for sharing.  Seems like agent extensions are back to normal operations, albeit with a slightly higher price.

I certainly would challenge the OP on this unless in the past couple of weeks they did a complete 180.

Recently, mine took more then one month and was much more complicated then he is describing.  Even before all these bank issues in prior years it took 2 or 3 days+, not one day.

To add, the OP claims in another thread he got his bank account in Nan. Now he is saying Chiang mai.  Also, on this the agency told me "No more bkk bank" will be accepted.

Anyway, I hope his report is all true maybe someone else will report in the future to clarify.

i have heard very recently that BKK Bank is still an option for Maneerat, just that the process is a bit different than before.  Don’t have further detail, though.

I have Bangkok Bank but have been considering changing to Krungthai based on better ATM daily withdrawal amount. Are there other aspects better about Krungthai banking? (Thanks in advance)

Maneerat doesn't do new visas based on retirement though, 3+12 months, included opening a new bank account. At least for the moment. Only a few agents in Pattaya still do them, because of the banking issues (they drive to Bangkok).

Maneerat can do the 12 months extension though, if you come in on a Non-O 90 days visa based on retirement.
