I finally tried the Heinz baked beans from Big C and they taste good, English formula not some Chinese or Thai version. Tastes like Heinz as far as i can tell so glad i bought them

❌Incorrect, depends how much sweating, whether a salty sweater, whether doing nothing like you or someone active like me, i add plenty of salt, yesterday after cycling 100km i was nearly 2kg lighter due to water loss
