Congrats to JFK to do what it takes to get rid of the vax-pushers.!

Goodbye and good riddance, next step for them being provided a well-paid job at one of the Big Pharma Vax divistions, whose interest they have served so well.

What is a "divistion"....?  🤔

The issue of the CDC revising its definition of vaccines over time has been one that's been raised by COVID misinformers and anti-vaxers in trying to attack COVID vaccines, but experts have said that while there were revisions made, the claims of anti-vaxers are groundless.

Per the Associated Press:

Experts say changes to CDC’s vaccination definition are normal

February 10, 2022

...

"The suggestion that COVID-19 vaccine ineffectiveness led the CDC to change its definition of the word online was amplified this week by U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican who has been critical of pandemic mask and vaccine mandates.

...

AP’S ASSESSMENT: Missing context. The CDC has altered the language in the definition of vaccination on its website, including after the development of COVID-19 vaccines, but the changes were made to prevent potential misinterpretations, and did not alter the overall definition, according to the agency. Experts confirmed to The Associated Press that the changes reflect the evolution of vaccine research and technology.

...

The CDC told the AP in a statement that it made the language shifts to add detail and increase transparency.  “While there have been slight changes in wording over time to the definition of ‘vaccine’ on CDC’s website, those haven’t impacted the overall definition,” the statement said, noting that the previous definition “could be interpreted to mean that vaccines were 100% effective, which has never been the case for any vaccine.” [emphasis added]

I have a sneaky suspicion she might want to follow the science rather than blindly following MAHA.

She holds a position for which she will be held accountable for her actions.....and those actions need to be based on science, not the whims of a (ex-?) junkie.

White House selects Kennedy deputy Jim O'Neill as acting CDC director

The appointment of Jim O'Neill as acting CDC director can be seen as politicizing science, where ideological agendas (e.g., vaccine skepticism under RFK Jr.'s influence) appear to override evidence-based public health expertise, potentially eroding the agency's scientific integrity. This raises concerns about undue political interference in health policy, similar to historical precedents where governments subordinated science to political or ideological goals.

While not identical, one of the most notorious examples is Nazi Germany in the 1930s–1940s, where the regime systematically politicized medicine and science to align with racial ideology. Under the Reich Ministry of the Interior and figures like Leonardo Conti, pseudo-scientific theories of "racial hygiene" and eugenics were enforced, leading to forced sterilizations of over 400,000 people deemed "unfit," the euthanasia program (Aktion T4) that killed around 300,000 disabled individuals, and horrific medical experiments in concentration camps by doctors like Josef Mengele. Independent scientific bodies were dismantled or co-opted, with dissenters purged, mirroring fears today of sidelining qualified experts for loyalists.

More recent attempts include:

1. The Soviet Union's Lysenkoism (1930s–1960s), where Trofim Lysenko's politically favored (but debunked) agricultural theories suppressed genetics research, causing famines and setbacks in biology.

2. The U.S. under the Trump administration (2017–2021), which saw accusations of politicizing the CDC during COVID-19 by pressuring scientists on messaging, altering reports (e.g., on airborne transmission), and sidelining experts like those on the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

3. China's handling of the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan (2019–2020), where initial suppression of scientific data and whistleblowers for political reasons delayed global response.

These cases highlight the risks to public trust and health when politics Trumps (geddit?) science, though the scale and methods vary.

Then who are the experts? Trump, Kennedy?

1 hour ago, TallGuyJohninBKK said:

This being the Trump Admin., there's little to no surprise here that the person nominated to be acting director of the CDC (which doesn't require Senate confirmation unlike the permanent position) would be a financial investor type who has no medical background and little to no public health background.

But he does have some history:

White House selects Kennedy deputy Jim O'Neill as acting CDC director

...

  • The biotech investor, who is close to Trump ally Peter Thiel, has been working alongside Kennedy since last November and had been tasked with implementing the "Make America Healthy Again" agenda.

https://www.axios.com/2025/08/28/cdc-director-rfk-jr-jim-oneill

Of course, Kennedy himself told lawmakers prior to his confirmation that he wasn't "anti-vaccine", even though he had long headed the main anti-vax private organization in the U.S. before being nominated, and after becoming HHS secretary, has spent much of his time undercutting access to and development of vaccines, and continuing to regularly spread anti-vax misinformation.  So not sure just how much O'Neill's claim of being "strongly pro-vaccine" really means, given that being pro-vaccine and pro-science is what got Monarez fired after just a month in the job.

Then more about O'Neill per Wikipedia:

"He is a libertarian[6] and an advocate of anti-aging medicine.

...

O'Neill said in a 2014 speech, "We should reform FDA so there is approving drugs after their sponsors have demonstrated safety – and let people start using them, at their own risk, but not much risk of safety....Let’s prove efficacy after they’ve been legalized." [emphasis added]

[meaning, he wanted the FDA to approve drugs without the manufacturers first having to prove that they actually worked for their intended purpose, i.e. had "efficacy."]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_O'Neill_(investor)

That last bit is a licence to cheat.....mental.

No doubt he would benefit from it hugely being in the anti-aging business.

Here's a drug that might reduce wrinkles, improve your vitality, increase your longevity......we have absolutely no evidence that any of these will work......but we know they are safe......Rip off merchant.

Yes, fire her and let the Americans inject Chlorine instead, like their God Emperor suggested. Who needs vaccines when they have such a great POTUS.

The foremost expert is nature.

One of the biggest problems - although there are many - is the notion that ALL we are is a mix of chemicals. Parts acting independently in a bio-chemical soup. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Unfortunately, the petri dish has emerged as the king. What the white-coats do in their labs with poisons in petri dishes, is what now passes as science. In my opinion, most of of it utter nonsense and made up. Much of what is natural is now supposedly to be found in computers. We are all being duped/hoodwinked/fooled: call it what you will. But most of medical science is simply not true.

We have lost our way. Although we have been losing is for 150 years. So not a modern thing. But there is more money now in keeping people sick than ever before.

I have exchanged emails with Kennedy a couple of times (through CDL) and although he'll probably not remember me; I'm available to help keep the babes, toddlers kids out of Big Pharma's clutches.

Nature has the answers we seek.

The poster above was referring to this inglorious episode in Trump's COVID misadventures:

Coronavirus: Outcry after Trump suggests injecting disinfectant as treatment

24 April 2020

"US President Donald Trump has been lambasted by the medical community after suggesting research into whether coronavirus might be treated by injecting disinfectant into the body.

He also appeared to propose irradiating patients' bodies with UV light, an idea dismissed by a doctor at the briefing.

...

Pointing to his head, Mr Trump went on: "I'm not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."

Yes, complete nonsense ideas, coming from a president who just fired the CDC director he himself had nominated after about a month on the job, because she wouldn't submit to his and RFK Jr.'s whackjob nonsense.

You mean like all the science that was done to rush the experimental jabs into people's bodies. There wasn't even any long term studies into how the mRNA jabs would affect pregnant women. The science also said that the "vaccine" would remain localised but the spike proteins have been found in organs body wide.

In rare cases, traces of vaccine mRNA or spike protein have been detected in other tissues but typically in individuals with pre-existing injury or inflammation.

Even when the spike protein is found in tissue beyond the injection site it only lasts days, it's not not harmful—the spike protein alone cannot replicate or cause infection.

The alternative to "the science" is what..........an ex-heroin junky's ideas from watching Tik Tok?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is harming your children

Just as Donald Trump is the anti-democracy president, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the anti-science Department of Health and Human Services director.
...
"The man charged with Making America Healthy Again (its acronym, MAHA, sounds like the sort of evil laugh that would echo from within a haunted house—”Ma-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!”) has vigorously embraced the following misinformation:
  • That vaccines are harmful to the vaccinated (they are not);
  • That the fluoride in our drinking water is hazardous to your health (it is not—it just prevents your teeth from rotting);
  • That Ivermectin (a horse deworming medication) was an effective treatment for COVID (it was not);
  • That raw milk is healthier than pasteurized milk (raw milk carries foodborne illnesses such as E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria);

The fact checking service NewsGuard recently did an analysis that found Kennedy and the Children's Health Defense anti-vax group he formerly headed had made more than 100 provably false health-related claims since 2018:

"Since 2018, NewsGuard has tracked the health-related claims promoted by Kennedy and his Children’s Health Defense anti-vaccine nonprofit. What follows are the provably false claims he has promoted, assembled in what we call The RFK Jr. Healthcare Claims Depository.

In all, NewsGuard has to date identified 110 provably false claims that have been advanced by Kennedy and Children’s Health Defense, involving topics from COVID-19 vaccines to bird flu to the safety of fluoride in drinking water."

Indeed. Transparancy. The entire mRNA and CDC saga has been the opposite. Any hint of going against the narrative was quashed and censored. The CDC lost trust and rightfully so. It is, however, the case that many still believe the narritive and will not open their eyes. Eyes wired shut. MAHA is going to force them open.

There has been transparency. Problem is many believe quacks over experts because they don't like the facts.
