He killed US citizens overseas without due process.  

 

The Obama administration targeted conservative and Tea Party groups by the IRS when applying for tax-exempt status.   There is a reason the women who headed the IRS invoked the 5th Amendment. 

 

Let's not forget Obama's illegal war in Libya.

Student loan forgiveness.  This action was unconstitutional from the start.  When the courts rebuked him, he continued to try.

He violated US Asylum laws.
