Why is he back at the Police Hospital. He should be treated at the Prison Hospital like everyone else.

Where did you read he was «  back » in Police Hospital ? He «  was » in the Police Hospitel previously.

You have no idea about his past negative history do you. Yet request he be released! Your as sharp as a cue ball.

Royal Decree:

The pardon is granted by a royal decree, typically announced on national celebrations like the King's birthday.

If this is the case, Thaksin has 10 more months to suffer in jail.

But as we all know, the rules may change slightly.

Shame on Thailand.

Especially after his original 8 year sentence in absentia was  reduced to one year and given by the King. Further he faced further criminal charges by insulting the King whilst in a news interview whilst absent in Dubai. Now he wants the King to give him another discount of his only one year sentence to be served in JAIL and not a hospital. Thaksin is pushing it. He has balls bigger than an elephant. Go figure the outcome!

Put your glasses on when you read.

"Thaksin has been receiving medical care at the Police General Hospital"

Dilusional !!

A delusional person believes things that couldn't possibly be true. If you're convinced that the microwave is attempting to control your thoughts, you are, sadly, delusional. Delusional comes from a Latin word meaning "deceiving." So delusional thinking is kind of like deceiving yourself by believing outrageous things.

the evil he has done outweighs any good,

Please do enlighten me - and please do not quote the shoot to kill policy for drug mules, drug dealers and drug addicts! It was within the law at the time.

I was a Tourist Police Volunteer and I knew a Thai Border Guard in Chiang Mai who had notched up several such shootings!

These peddlers of death were regarded as vermin at that time.

The only possible fair sentence is time served. Full pardon.

What time served? How much time has he actually served in prison? by my reckoning around 21 days, NOT one year!

Whole family and little   kids wipe out

When the Independent Committee on the Casualties of the 2003 War on Drugs established by the Surayud Chulanont government published its report in 2008, it concluded that 1,372 of the people killed had no drug related records.
The victims included whole families, women, children and old people.

It could be argued that due to the stunt he pulled with his hospitalization after receiving a significant reduction of his sentence thanks to a previously granted royal pardon, he could be considered unworthy of benefiting from another one.

Wonder how much that will cost him..

Is he receiving care at the police hospital again or is this article not quite right, it is a bit confusing

Requests pardon after one year does that mean after he completes his sentence

That would be fair. This circus has gone on long enough. No need to hound the man until he dies.

Maybe his sister will ask next

that part of the charter - which needs amending .Thanks for reminding us.

He's a vermin, and should be treated as such.

Maybe he could take it  step further and ask to be absolved from any outstanding or future misdemeanours.

requires "Auto Pen "

I thought a royal pardon could ONLY be granted once to, or requested once by, an individual. However, I could be wrong.
