A man believed to be of Asian origin died after falling from a condominium in North Pattaya on 1 October 2025. His body was discovered on the ground between two towers of the complex, ripped into two parts from the force of the impact. Police, doctors and rescue workers from Sawang Boriboon Foundation attended the scene shortly after receiving a report at 12.30.

The incident occurred at a condominium on Second Road. The complex consists of three towers: Tower A, Tower B, and Tower C. The body was located between Towers A and B, dressed in a black T-shirt and shorts, and was found to have struck a wall during the fall, causing the horrific damage to the body.

Witnesses stated they first heard a loud crash before discovering the body. One bystander reported hearing the sound of an object falling, followed by a heavy impact, which led them to find the deceased on the ground. The victim has not yet been identified, though police estimate he was between 30 and 40 years old.

Investigators examined where the fall originated. Early findings point to Tower B’s 32nd floor, where cigarette butts and signs suggesting someone had been sitting on a balcony railing were found. However, authorities have not determined whether the fall was accidental, intentional or a result of foul play.

Police are now working to confirm the man’s identity and whether he was a resident of the condominium. Investigations will continue with CCTV footage reviews, resident interviews and evidence analysis to establish the circumstances of the incident. The cause of the fall remains under active investigation.

Typical comment from you. 😂

Enjoy your unhappy, miserable day

I am hearing this chap worked for a call centre and his boss had been recently nabbed by the police.

There is an interesting back story waiting to come out, I think.

Centric Sea, I was told.

I use to live at Centric Sea....Great view up there on top, from the pool deck....

And from 32 floor roof top deck,  you can be sure there will no maybe- if -ands- or buts regarding the results of going over the edge up there....

And he's wrong too. The "girls" on 6/1 are far more ruthless.

Or so a friend told me.

Selfish jumping, people have to clear that mess up, better an overdose or just walk into the sea. Pattaya is such a depressing hell hole you can't blame them for ending it all.

Probably, but the short attention span theater of Pattaya's bad news followers will miss it.

My thoughts to the folks who do the clean up job.

Ripped in two parts.

How do you get this out of your head?

I am thankful, no one was injured when he landed. One must be in a very bad place to do this.
