Evidently not. He sent top secret information via unsecured communications and stored docs in his home at same time decrying Trump for doing that.

Trump documents far safer than Bolton's. No one getting into Mar a Lago and then finding their way into random room. 15ft cement wall and the causeway surrounding the villa

Wow.....you are a gold mine of information.....how do you know all this?

Seems pointless have a Grand Jury and court case with you on the job.

Note that Trump is indicting his perceived enemies for exactly the offenses he was prosecuted for:

1) Letitia James: She prosecuted Trump for business fraud. So, now he indicted her for the same thing.

2) John Bolton: indicted for mishandling of classified document. Of course, Trump was indicted for the same thing.

Revenge prosecutions can't be, and won't be allowed to succeed. If they do succeed, then every conservative businessperson is at risk. It was unstrategic to go after Bolton. If he's made an example of, then any right-winger who crosses Trump is fair game.

From the above link:

"The underlying facts in this case were investigated and resolved years ago. These charges stem from portions of Amb. Bolton’s personal diaries over his 45-year career — records that are unclassified, shared only with his immediate family, and known to the FBI as far back as 2021," Lowell said in a statement.

"We look forward to proving once again that Amb. Bolton did not unlawfully share or store any information.”

3. Bolton’s memoir 'The Room Where It Happened' was published in June 2020, so the defense will argue that the 5-year statute of limitations for the charges has run.  The prosecution will argue that it hasn’t because Bolton continued to retain and transmit classified information and documents.

4. Bolton said the documents weren’t classified at all, and he complied with pre-publication review obligations.  Even if the documents were classified, his lawyers will argue that the retention was not “willful.”  Bolton has to have acted intentionally and knowing that the documents contained classified material.

Be interesting to see. There's obviously something new for them to go for an indictment.

And your man Biden who kept his stolen stash next to the Corvette in Hunters crack den, remember? The gold standard of safe stolen classified documents storage - oh and he sold secrets to his ghost writer? Short memory bud?

The time to blurt was when evil democrats decided to weaponize the judicial system to destroy an oponent they knew they could not beat in a fair election not when it ricochets.

Btw loving the sanctimonious video clips of James and Bolton egging on the Trump persecutions. It's poetic seeing them hoist by their own petards. Schiff & Pelosi next? Hope so🤣

With a vindicative prosecutor you can indict a ham sandwich.

Vindictive prosecution.  Easy to prove.

There is zero chance this would have happened if Bolton hadn't been a vocal critic of dear leader.

Next

...

And there was zero chance Trump would have indicted if he wasn’t Trump.

Trump indicted no one. Justice did. That's not role of Executive branch even if he wanted to.

Bolton deserves this simply for being Bolton.

He'll have his day in court and due process. Stop crying.

On orders from Trump.

That's the massive difference from the normal Biden administration.

Countless times the opposition party supporters & members crossed the Rubicon.

4 dem prosecutions ,Assassination (Routh) attempt. Multiple states taking swipes at removing Trump from the ballot .Then comes  Bolton  a neocon from the ole GOP full of animosity & rengence .

This is what Dem Democracy looks like.

The DOJ is under is part of the Executive Branch and as such, the Attorney General is appointed by, and serves at the pleasure of the president.

I’m not crying, and if he’s guilty (I think he is) I hope he’s convicted and incarcerated.

It is amusing that no one here is arguing that he’s innocent. They just do not want him punished because he’s a fellow Trump-hater.

Per the left, no one that hates and speaks out against Trump should be prosecuted, and any that supports Trump should be prosecuted.

You’re right, Biden did not sell some of the classified documents he had stored in his garage to the ghostwriter, he gave them to him.

Your dinsinformation and mock ignorance of democrat booboos is getting tiresome. Why not bone up on issues before making empty denials?

Dems coordinating .

Fani visiting the WH.

Tish James visiting the WH.

"The White House has now confirmed to "Primetime" that Letitia James visited the White House not once, not twice, [but] three times. Before she sued the president, while she was suing the president and then once to see Kamala. . We're learning that District Attorney Fani Willis in Georgia, also visited the White House, partied with Kamala and others".

Blah blah. When you sell something to someone, that person gives you money! Why are MAGAs unable to reply to this basic question: who gave money to Biden and got classified secret information for that money?

Actually, it's Biden who was paying the ghost writer! 🤣

You have nothing, apart from ridiculous incoherent lies! 🤣

Fact check. False

"Selling" something can result in compensation/benefit/favor of many forms other than fiscal remuneration.

That was your 1st sentence, didn't bode well🤣

The GOP and Trump dont really care. The indictment and the 'trial' where his lies and duplicity will be revealed in public, will be punishment enough for his part in the betrayal of the POTUS. Unfortunately, the Dems started this approach to things when they called the Jan6 protest an (unarmed) insurrection and then targeted Trump and his supporters with legal actions that were at best dubious, and at worst (the majority) were outright political lawfare.

Unless the Dems can somehow win back the House in mid-terms (unlikely), things are going to get harder and stronger - the payback that myself and many others warned about in 2020s is just starting.  If the GOP actually gain a super majority in the House and the Senate after the mid-terms, the Dems will be destroyed by the time 2028 comes around - legally and financially. This is a great time to be alive and see Trump doing exactly what he promised to do - but this time with his team being carefully selected.

As I said some years ago - it was a huge mistake by the Dems to remove Trump - he had 4 years to carefully put things together for his second term - and it is great to watch him and his team take the Dems down.

Yeah, that’s hilarious.

Does it matter?

So, when did Trump start indicting ANYONE? Is he a states attorney, attorney general, prosecutor etc.,....lol

I always thought prosecutors prepare indictments, present them to a grand jury who then vote on whether to "return" or approve the indictment.

Wrong! You made stuff up again! 🤣

According to Oxford language, it's: "give or hand over (something) in exchange for money".

According to Cambridge dictionary it's: to give something to someone else in return for money

https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/sell#google_vignette

Otherwise it's barter or exchange. So what did he get from the ghost writer? Fruits, meat? 🤣

Yes, I gather Biden too had witnessed Bolton being investigated for mishandlng of classified information.

Bolton will probably not be convicted. If he gets convicted, I will not cry about a Republican being convicted, in particular due to his involvement in the Republican Irak scam! 😆
