Thanks guys, whilst I am still talking to this Phuket girl, the original shameless Thai girl, and she says she wants to come, in the meantime I've found a girl of substance who is my definite choice. So I'm unclear at this point if I'll even fly Phuket girl in. I have the third date with this amazing CM girl on Saturday, so if all goes well, I won't have to meet with Phuket girl at all.

These dating apps suggest a massive abundance. There's plenty of fish in the sea, but a lot have meat that's too soft, unsightly extra fins where there shouldn't be, a strange fishy smell, and a few other ssues.

 

It's hard to find a fish that has tender, yet firm, white filet meat, a good fragrance and is pleasing to the eye.

I don't think so. She had a 5 year relationship with a Thai guy. Body count 8. And she never hit me up for money. Because she was insisting I had to go to Phuket, I was the one who suggested I can give you the money i'd have spent going there if you come here. That's when she negotiated for cash. She hadn't actually suggested a gf for a limited time experience. The opposite, she was saying if she likes it here, she will stay long term and be loyal, completely at odds with her previous "I want my freedom" story.

How could she possibly have feelings about me, we haven't met yet. Apart from my face and texts she has little to go on.

 

But this girl has given me a robust awakening. The girl who I end up with has to have a conviction that matches my own. She has to be attracted to me as I am to her.

Yes, it's a different ballgame now for sure. In the past there were very few people who had status, money and privilege. Now, some Chinese or Taiwanese, or Ukrainian bloke has it. 

 

Women can choose from men from all over the world in Thailand. Many of those will lavish resources on them.

 

I understand that.

 

And I am not averse to paying a fair contribution, to compensate for this or that. Don't get me wrong.

 

However, when you deal with a girl who so manifestly wanted to keep her freedom and not be tied down, then she's already not worth it. And I told her so. I said, well, if you really want to talk to other guys while you're with me, then we dont' need to talk anymore, as that's unacceptable. At which point she completely changed her tune and said "Well, if I like it there, I will be loyal and I will stay with you.".

 

But she should have said that from the begining. All this talk of freedom, and not being tied down, was indeed an indication that her interest was not very high..
