Maybe just a bad driver who instead of apologizing and showing respect escalated the situation.  Nothing proven though.

 

Time looks between 6 am to 7:30. I believe the cross walk people are there a little later.

 

What to take away.  Maybe try to move to a more populated area.  Maybe honk the horn to get attention.  Be more situational aware if people are talking around you or see a large group maybe take some precautionary action.
