Samsonite man bag crossbody where I got Ipad, passport, credit cards, charger, Bluetooth headphone transmitter for in seat connection while flying, and other necessary items for travelling. Small bag of Wet wipes most likely, reading glasses. Some reserve cash Nok and Baht.

I very rarely wear man bag unless I'm flying somewhere.

I carried one similar when I was working on rota in ME. Contained passport, travel docs, wallet,USD currency, keys and other important items.I was away from home from anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months at a time. Very useful then. I rarely use it these days (retired) and only when flying abroad. Had a scare once at Tehran airport. I left it in the ex-ray machine by accident for several minutes until I realized it. Very fortunately it was still in the machine at the end of the small conveyor. I can't imagine my problems had I lost it. Lucky day!

I've seen a few guys with Man Bags and Man Boobs. They don't go together well, pick one or the other!

Keep most of those documents on my phone.

How often do you need to open a Lazada package when you are out and about?

If so whats in it?

I have one for power bank, glasses, vitamins.

Its army style so looks "manly"

Very well made with drink holder. Can attack beer opener to outside.

Are you suggesting that you mean a purse?

knife for opening Lazada boxes

If questioned by police that knife could be viewed as carrying a concealed weapon and cause legal complications. Better to carry a retractable box cutter instead.

Useful on road trips when packing extra gear, but not locally.

You strike me as someone with a distinct sense of style, the kind of person who appreciates a quality designer bag. Which brand do you find yourself gravitating toward?

But that would mean he's one of the very few that carries a weapon in Thailand.

What's with these friggin' wet wipes?

When I carry one, its the now discontinued Osprey Ultralight Shoulder Satchel. What goes in it depends on what I am doing and where I am going

Do you use wet wipes too?

I have sunglasses and normal glasses. Hard to leave the house without a bag cause of two sets. Bag makes it easy. Plus I can put coins in it. Even a small book.

Thai men all have man bags. Western men have issues I think.

Issues? You mean tissues... or wet wipes?

You mean like those 9–11 hijackers did?

You mean a fanny pack, no doubt with mil spec wet wipes too.

You do not know what Wet wipes is? Google is your friend!

I give it a dash with alcohol before I travel to moist them if not a fresh unopened package, and also to make sure my hands is a bit cleaner before grabbing a meal or after a visit to the loo

I am in a "keep my pockets empty" phase so I recently bought one at a nearby market.

7 pockets, leather, shoulder strap.

So far it holds my ever-less-useful wallet, house keys, USB cable for my phone (I can charge it in the car), phone and if I buy anything I try to stuff that in the bag too.

Oh and a mousetrap.

Only if a Socialist gets within 10 meters of me.

I have one - jolly usefull for carrying my Chihuahua when she gets tired of walking!

I used to use backpack but a man bag is better. Its more shoulder friendly and easy to use.

I used to carry a backpack quite often when I first got here. I did a lot of walking and would be out the entire day at times. Nowadays. Impractical. I just need to carry my phone, my glass case, a pen, ear-buds and occasionally a passport and bank book. I don't want to try to jam all that stuff into my pockets, which I could have done in the West in cold climates where I wore a jacket. It's just convenience. And if some "Macho-man" thinks that's "sissy," I'm in my 70s - I Don't Care! biggrin I left worrying about what other people think about me decades ago.

I know what they are. I'm asking why?

Alcohol wipes became a feature of the covidphobe, but scented, lanolin treated, perfumed or moisturizing wet wipes are for girls and girlymen. Maybe they're really w__k wipes?

I have always used wipes, so not a covid thing, it is practical hygiene while travelling.

OK, back to the purse then. How many times a day, when out and about, do you feel the urge to 'freshen up' with a wet wipe?
