hehe, it is too, but I am really the same as your wife but spelt differently :o

On a similar note, my wife is 6 months gone and I think we'll have to call it Jesus if it's a boy cos every time I mention that there will be another Kurgen running about in a few months people make the sign of the cross :D

:o

Congrats

I would give you some ideas but I am still gathering my own. Because, as Soundman knows, I too am about to become a father!! :D

Great stuff, iy's bladdy hard work though

Our third is on the way, totally un-planned :D but a blessing as I have always wanted three. :D

.

That is really sound news, man B)

I have a feeling you may have trouble....

Say to the wives "i am just taking the little one out darling". The wives think we are great and we hire a nanny to take care of them whilst we get pissed. :D

Because the Wife might just

to get my balls cut after this one
I've flat out refused. :D

No choice, she will do it hereself, with a rusty one at that :D

Congrats all

Well peeps, some of you know that MrsBoJ had a scan last week and they told us that we will be having a girl :burp: And i'm over the moon (although i should imagine that will add 10 more years on to my retirement plan) B):D

Anyways, we have been racking our brains out for names and upto now i have come up with Tiala as the first name (Tia for short) and Mrs BoJ has said Patchara as the second name (don't know what Patchara means though. Meadish can you help?)

I'm not 100% stuck on these though and open to some suggestions, so any ideas that you good folk can think of would be greatly appreciated :D

Well done "mrbojangles". My very bestest to Mrs Bojangles and your good self :D

Great stuff BoJ.

Although I am not good with names, I'll tell you this. Having a cute little baby girl is God's way of punishing all our (men) youthful indescretions & making us (men) more responsible people. :D

Try this name.

Annabel Ratchanee BoJangles.

Cheers mate! :D

Nice one "soundman" that is me miss-ues name in bold, been married to her for 23 years.

Have a couple of girls me-self Sam (Samamtha) U-ee (Yawanee), but me all time fav nickname for a girl is Waan (honey).

Now for me the bottom line girl's name has to be:-

"Kanchana"

Love this name. One of wife's cousins name.

It just rolls off your tongue in both Thai and Europe. Then in years to come someone asks her "where did you get that name from" and the lady answsers

"Kancha guess"

"it's from me Great, Great, Great Uncle, Win that lives in Kan". :D

Sawadee Khrap :D

Kan Win :o

Well, "Tia" actually does mean "short" in Thai - not a good nickname I would say.

How about a more classical name like "Tida" which means "daughter" ?

Patrick

Okay R, you're secret's safe with me! :D

As for Annabel thats a lovely name its been in our top 3 for a girl for a month now :o

yeah...I like the bell names too for a girl...Isobel, Christabel come to mind...there's also Jezebel but this was used to nice effect in the movie Jacobs Ladder where the protagonist's paramour was named Jezzie for short...she was quite a dish as well, a mate who's wife is a ringer for actress Elizabeth Pena named his son Jake... :D

Jezebel is nice but it still has unfortunate stereotypes surrounding it, which I fear will never shift.

How about Boo-Rock-ah

Oh and congrats Mr BlowJoe

Came all the way down to Pattaya to meet you and found out you've gone back to the UK

OMG, I'd better not tell the Missus about all these babies on the way, she'll get broody :o

I went to the vet years back, so no danger of 'accidents' :D

How about Joanne, Claire, Toyah, Louise, Sophie or Jayne (all from a previous marriage, now you see why I went to the vet)?

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I was brought up in a 2 bed house with my eight sisters and my mother. How does that grab ya'? Yep, 9 women under one roof. There was also my dad ad 2 brothers!

Rethink.

Scary BoJangles.......... Nope.

Sporty BoJangles.......... Nope.

Posh BoJangles.......... Nope.

Ginger BoJangles.......... Nope. (although it does have a ring to it)

Baby BoJangles.......... Nope. (but cute)

I'd go with Rebecca.

Yep, definately Irish :D

I hope you was first up Tiggs, or you'd be going to school in a dress :o

Thai names for girls are Solada, Kanita, Kanika, Jintana, Nissa and Tamarine (like the tennis player)--these are all names that I think sound nice and would go well in both cultures.

Be careful of names that may sound bad (ie sound like a Thai word that has a bad meaning) in Thai or be difficult for Thai people to pronounce

I'd have thought you would have Sheila :o

Have you seen him since ?

Well, frankly, why not Baby BoJangles.

BoJangles Jr.

Or if you are feeling very courageous,

BoJingles.

seriously, we had a nightmare finding a suitable name for my son. In the end we chose his nickname first, Sonny, then I chose his UK middle name, Jackson & hubby chose his thai first name, Pan-ya. All the names I loved, mainly old testament hebrew names, went down like a lead baloon so we compromised & chose a name each after finding a nickname that translated well into both languages.

I'd go with Rebecca.

Wouldn't it become Lebecca when my Mrs says it :o:D

Lobekah is what we get in Thailand. My wife's nickname is Jampalee, so that's easier for them...

A bit stereotypical I guess! :D

I was actually the youngest and had sisters that were sadists and used to beat me soundly - I don't know how I'm so normal! :D

I need to break this to you gently, you are in Bedlam :o
