There have been quite a few threads in the Computer forum about digital cameras,

what to buy etc.

Perhaps this should be a separate area?

No photos, just technical info and tips.

Would make it easier to find this info later.

Now my life has settled I would be prepared to come back on board and moderate the section.

If there should be photography forum it should not be limited to digital photography topics (but should include film photography topic too) or for that matter, shouldn't be limited to still photography.

Good idea, needs to cover all angles, 35mm, slide photography and digital, as you can still get superb results with slide, i think better than digital in some cases.

I "Kan Not" moderate myself never mind a Sub-forum. I run a business and photos are a side-line for me.

I propose the O.P. as he has time on his hands, see below

Me, sure, 100% will lend a hand out, but only posts, not being a Mod, well I was one, years ago in my teens, not a Rocker.

Sorry to you all, but I am only on ThaiVisaDotCom from Monday to Wednesday, do have a look when free on the other days.

Will input my bit and pieces anytime on this forum should the need be required.

There are a few members on or looking at this forum who are 1,000 times better or more than I am, as only an amateur trying to bring a new “Visual Life” to this “The Best of the Rest” forum about Thailand.

Don't worry. As long as you've set up the max limit to accept the transaction and everything is turned on then you have the best chance of success. The modern bank security algorithm is far more sophisticated than 15 years ago. It will consider your payment is to a government body, know that it is your government etc. It is very likely to work.
