I don't think so, because the farmers who delivered the rice there must have received weight and description receipts on delivery, otherwise how would they eventually get paid ? 22nd of April - Public Warehouse Organization (PWO) stated no rice missing from government warehouses. Their excuse for the perceived missing rice was that it was kept as part of the secondary reserve at silos of private companies under the supervision of the PWO.

May 28, 2014 - PWO still deny rice is missing. and had a new explanation that differs from their explanation a month earlier is the rice had been pulled out for bleaching and delivery.

If what you say is true and of course anyone with one eye and half sense knows it isn't, Thaksin and crew have nothing to worry about if they are innocent of wrong doing. And if this be the case then the Thai populace will easily see through the witch hunt resulting in increased popularity of Thaksin and crew.
