How was he able to recreate his crime with his hands cuffed behind his back? These cops have lost the plot.

They originally had him cuffed at the front, but guess what???

Nothing will happen to him. Another case that gets Tossed out of court

biggrin.png 'You've got to whippit, whip it good'. So, with a town full of obliging people to take care of his 'small' problem, he 'self gratifies' himself on film. I understand the owner of the film will have it enlarged...........clap2.gifcheesy.gif

Good work the police they caught him in a flash!smile.png

One of the cops seems to enjoy the video.

Hey...this could start a new trend...the flasher selfie...clap2.gif

Missed a trick in not getting a photo of the lady he exposed himself to pointing at his undoubtedly tiny todger

Perhaps the Clinical Assistant had a look at his weapon and said "You'll never get a job with that thing".

And is self-gratification the same as giving yourself a tip ? If so I will try it next time I pay my bill at the Dukes.

...self-gratified.....

...why the euphemism......

...being polite about a pathological....... perverse act.....

...it seems some people can do no wrong.....go figure............

The biggest crime here is being ultra stupid.

Derogatory, vulgar and empty posts removed

I was a bit worried when i opened this thread about what phot they were going to use.

And the pointing bit of course......................wink.png

He was going to quit flashing, but then decided he'd stick it out a little longer.

Glad they caught him.

But concerned with fine and the term referred to a hospital. Would it not be sensible since he has a history of needing help that he be remanded or taken to the hospital and admitted. What's the chances that he'll self-follow-up on this referral?

Some of the decisions here never cease to amaze me with the simplicity of logic used.

On a positive note, he was wearing a motorcycle helmet, should be commended for that...

The best defense against a flasher is pointing and laughing.

...who exposed himself to a Clinical Assistant and then self-gratified whilst being filmed on a mobile phone.

Was the Clinical Assistant the one who "filmed" the event? Did she shout "I'll give you five minutes to stop or else?" or maybe she got her phone out to exchange numbers?

Grown mad exposing and playing with himself in Public whilst wearing a Doramon T-Shirt, He's original I'll give him that

No identity parade with all those women pointing (and laughing their heads off)???

I know that many may think this incident as being funny and humorous, but the fact is that this creep probably has the potential to stalk his victims and rape, which is the real scary part. I guarantee that none of you would want this perv living or working in the same vicinity as your children, wives or female relatives.

This sort of behaviour should be classified as a sexual offence and the guy placed on a sexual offenders list and his activates monitored, perhaps imposing him to report to the police of his whereabouts every month, because I doubt this is his first sexual offence and doubt this will be his last.

The guy is in need of professional medical help. Unfortunately this is not available, albeit to those that can afford it.

I don't think he should be mocked
