Advice on workers to install stainless steel gate for a Town house

Hi I bought a stainless steel gate for my Town house and the people I bought from keep saying workers are on holiday for two month now...

Any advise or contact details for people who can come and install the gate?

Exactly where are you located, these chaps tend to have fairly localised ranges?

Note for future use, don't pay for anything until the job is completed satisfactorily. OK a deposit is not an issue of course.

Thats the thing I didn't finish the payment.. still 13k left... keep calling them they say they are on holiday since before songkran lol..

I know this don't help, but I expect they are "not" on Songkran holiday anymore. Has the gate already been "delivered" to your townhouse, or are you still waiting for "delivery & installation?" If the latter I expect the problem is more than just no available installation crew...like maybe they haven't even finished making the gate yet. Good luck.
