Not to mention - why only 5 years.  He has used up his welcome - blacklist period (no time limit).  He should pay for the property to be repaired with a tree of similar age placed back in the spot where the damaged tree is (not cheap moving a mature tree).

Fine should be at least Bt30 000 especially if the mayor paid a reward of Bt30 000.
