He already had a record for damaging property (water in a motorcycle tank he rented). Why is he still here?  

 

Hopefully, the Thai authorities will have him pay for the damage, give him a little stay in one of their fabulous hotels for the criminal class -- then deport and blacklist him.

Not to mention - why only 5 years.  He has used up his welcome - blacklist period (no time limit).  He should pay for the property to be repaired with a tree of similar age placed back in the spot where the damaged tree is (not cheap moving a mature tree).

Actually he should be required to post the 30K reward to whomever turned him in, and be made to graap in front of all the trees he destroyed, then 10 days in the slammer and deportation.
