This is just wrong on so many levels, I didn't even think it was legal to employ under 15s in Thailand.

Whether something is illegal or not has absolutely no relevance in Thailand.

This girl should not be charged for getting rid of that scumbag

This girl is doing a great community service for taking this bastard down! The country should reward her.

Very confusing report. Much clarification needed.

I hope all abused women in Thailand (and there are very many) will rally together for this poor kid.

This little girl now has two psychological loads to bare.

1) the trauma of being repeatedly raped at such a tender age.

2) the knowledge that she (justifiably) killed someone.

Best wishes for her physical and mental well being.

.....3) The trauma she is being subjected to right now at the hands of the Thai  legal system - brutal indifference

at the hands of the police, the threat of imprisonment for being poor and not having a lawyer with some face

tp represent her, lack of support by human counsellors.

The 12 yrs old is HELD

Such a SAMA

She need help not police custody !

Corrupt and IDIOT police

The girl should definitely not be charged. He has anyways spoilt her life by molesting her, she did no wrong in killing him.

I'll gladly contribute to the girl's legal expenses, if there are any in the land of tolerance, fairness and everybody-is-equal

Many countries have a 'death penalty' for rape............ He just got it without all the 'bells and whistles' and a long trial.......

Karma...... I think............

And his wife didn't seem saddened by it at all............

I hope she gets off. She deserves to be called a hero for fighting back. Jailing her only serves to enable other sick pedophiles to think they can still do these kinds of things.

His wife should be accused and arrested.
She obviously knew.

Just wondering, where are the girl's parents or guardians in this sorry/sad story?  Why is a 12-year-old girl placed in that kind of position in the first place?

Wife should be arrested for abetting the pervert in his raping.

This beggars belief. The rapist must have high ranking contacts. There is no other explanation. Show this poor child some mercy.

I dunno, the more I read this, the less I think it was a 12 year old girl that killed him. I just hope she gets help to get over it all.

Probably the wife knew about the rapes and they both agreed to kill him. No loss to humanity.

Hard to feel sorry for a peadophile rapist.

She should possibly get a medal and all his assists as compensation?

Hopefully the Thai legal system will give more justice than the US legal system gave Cyntoia Brown

Since the Cytnoia Brown injustice story has gone viral, other similar cases in the US have begun to be publicized.

And I thought Justitia was blind folded.
Seems not ... ... very Sad that the State Governor does not overrule such obviously prejudiced rulings.
(and starts an investigation into the private life of the Judge, just in case.)

Whatever others may try to impose on the girl,
in her mind, the killing will not be a psychological load.
In her mind, the "some people do not deserve to live" will come first.

And rightly so.
Society failed, so she took the initiative in her own hands.
I say: Well Done,
but stay away from people that want to sell you or abuse you so you do not have to do it again !

To make it look like a break-in so that the girl wasn't charged. As she knew everything and approved of the girl's act.

The wife should be charged though. She knew what's going on and never did anything to help the young girl.

If she WAS indeed raped by the "Boss" I congratulate her on the killing

There are special rules for children aged 14 years or younger.

They can't be sentenced in the same way as older adults but they can be sentenced differently.

From here : https://www.crin.org/en/home/ages/asia

This :

Thailand.

No person can be held criminally responsible for an offence committed while under the age of seven. A child older than seven but younger than 14 cannot be “punished”, but can be subjected a number of sentences including detention in a school or place of training and instruction. [Penal Code, Sections 73 and 74(1)-(5)]

How about the trauma of being charged for his death

If this story is true this girl should not be arrested. She should be recognised in some way for her services to the community.

Yet they send their son's to the Monk's still. Easy access to young children for a peado in Thailand is to simply become a monk.
