Don't miss these "Misses" - Chiang Mai beauties strut their stuff!

Thais often say that the most beautiful women in the country hail from the north - and Chiang Mai in particular. 

 

Few men will be arguing with that assessment after a swimsuit photo shoot in advance of the upcoming Miss Chiang Mai pageant in January. 

 

Some 30 beauties in a variety of swimsuits paraded their attractions at the Chala Number 6 Hotel in Muang district. 

 

Though competing for the crown of Miss Chiang Mai it was not reported which regions the women actually came from. 

 

The pageant finals will take place on Saturday January 5th with 100,000 baht going to the winner. 

 

The pageant will also be an opportunity to promote goods from OTOP (One Tambon One Product), reported Daily News.

The way the pictures are presented, they all look to be too short to be a "Miss" anything mainstream. Miss Chunky perhaps? Miss Ever So Slightly Vertically Challenged?

I’ve never considered height when looking at a beautiful female.

Seems since the last decade the papayas or (sticky) mangoes,  have been over sprayed with growth enhancement hormones  ?

I noticed that. They do all look to be quite well fed. Probably lots of KFC.
