They could set up curtained areas prior to entry thru immigration. 

It would be easy to do at Suvarnabhumi plenty of room as you enter the walkway to immigration.

Set up small private curtained stalls with medical personnel performing the rectal swabs.

Pull down your pants, spread em, quick swab it would only take seconds.

I believe implementation of rectal testing should be immediately discussed/considered to make sure all of us and the country remain safe from this deadly virus.
