Funnily enough, the amounts i usually throw the gf are pretty much on par with my rent...

so i guess there would be a few punters paying double "rent" for nothing in that regard.

Yes now it seems that they have learned the hard way

the prices are down for almost everything 

(Except in supermarkets like Big C, for some reasons prices are still up month after month)

I don't think that someone old can't be beautiful, in their own way, but what is the point of living with someone that doesn't turn you on? Even my two disastrous partners were attractive and had sex with me at the beginning. Had they not they would never have been my partners.

There are thousands of different scenarios. Personally, I've been married for 20 years.

But really, if a girl is living on a farm in Isaan, you pretty much know she has no other job or income other than a possible 180baht per day working on the farm next over, or selling some horrible concoction at the local village markets for 45baht a bag

 

So in my case, i can be confident that the small amounts i send are going towards food and living expenses only.

 

If they didnt have that backup,

then fair to reason,

they would be forced to move to a place like BKK for better prospects,

And THEN you would be wondering what they would have to do to earn a baht. 

 

Its a pretty sหitty situation to be in.

 

I dont think many guys emphasize with the the reality of what some girls go through.

 

To them im just a chump sending money, while the girl floozies around buying new phones, gets a bike for pappa,

I wouldn't say trolling. I send my wife around 90k a month give or take a bit. 

 

Got 2 kids and a house to take care of, bills to pay etc. After all outgoings are paid there's probably only 65k left for food, going out etc. 

 

Just like the guy you mocked, it's my family, and I want them to live well. 

 

And just for the record, I met my wife when I had nothing, but as time has gone on we've been lucky in many respects, 15 years later and our lifestyle has changed accordingly.
