Penis shaped kids toy upsets Phitsanulok cultural affairs office

Reporters hot footed it to a shop opposite the temple of Wat Yai in Muang district of Phitsanulok in Thailand's north after social media reports of some unusual bolsters being sold.

They were 80 cm long penis bolsters complete with a smiley face.

Shop owner Saowaphak said she has been in business as a doll seller for 14 years. But Covid-19 has decimated the doll business so she turned to a supplier who recommended the penises.

She said they were great quality and were fully washable.

She got 36 for sale at 399 baht and only has ten left.

But officials at the Phitsanulok cultural affairs office was not amused.

They thought that the bolsters could lead children and young people astray from the moral path.

In addition they may well contravene Thailand's obscenity laws, it was noted.

Kids just want to have fun!

Yes. They are dirty.  Wrong color and unwashable. ????

'Thailand's obscenity laws'

What do they need those for? The the ever-vigilant police couldn't find any evidence of prostitution in Pattaya.

They'd have had a field day if just one of the short-sighted coppers put their glasses on.

Phitsanulok cultural affairs office

Sounds like this office is full of fannies.

Why single out this shop, these things are for sale all over the place, in shops, markets, and all over the internet!

These aren't for kids at all. They are for the older ones. Thailand is a flip flop society on what is moral and what is obscene. They were confronting women on the beaches not to long ago for wearing bikinis so it's dangerous to wear one here. If you are thinking of wearing one, go to Europe. It's not a problem there even for average folks to wear them at the beach or while shopping.

What is Thailand's obsession will the the male organ? My guess is with a higher number of females than males here, plus 10% of males wanting to be females and another 25% of males being exceptionally female in the way they carry themselves, plus another 10% actually being gay, this drives this obsession.

If these are acceptable for sale in any old place, what about a good washable female organ for the males who identify as males in every way?

Meanwhile corruption continues to flourish and even be admired.

But we can't have the kids seeing that D. They might think it's just another body part when really it's just a disgusting sex tool.

your  face my..............???? u  walked into  that  one????

Reminds me of the opening good luck ritual I have seen at many go-go bars and beer bars.  All the girls line up with their feet apart by about 30cm and the girl at the front of the line bends over and sends a wooden phallus sliding down the line between the legs of the girls.

One of the bars on Soi 33 (?) used to be well know for their large wooden phalluses.

Can't imagine why any Thai would think that a stuffed phallus toy would be considered anything other than a good luck toy. ????????????
