The proof is all around you.  MSM not reporting it and the sources that do are considered "questionable," LOL.  I'd love to post the evidence.  It would be a full time job.  Here's what you do.  Google election fraud on DuckDuckGo.  Or check out the Twitter feeds of folks like Sidney Powell and Lin Wood.  Those two would take you to numerous other folks on Twitter via replies and retweets.  If you're afraid to find fraud then don't look.  But again, don't ask me.  I'd love to but I can't.  Your system, not mine.

Sure, Powell and Wood, nice examples of people who make loud claims on Twitter, and provide no proof or evidence at all in court.

I can only laugh since there's nothing else within Kemp's statement that shows he has any kind of authority to prevent the legislature from calling a special session if they have the votes to do so.  Read Article II of the Constitution.  Check out some legal sites.  Do some real work.

So point to what in my post was spun or left out or even erroneous?

As to the trolling accusation.  People can falsely accuse all they want.  Doesn't bother me in the least.  It's your life.  If you want to accuse someone of something you just made up and believe it to be true then knock yourself out.

Presumably you're referring to the not yet established doctrine that only state legislatures have authority to make laws and rules regarding electons and that the only Constitution that is relevant is the Federal one. This has been kicking around in right wing legal circles for yet but it's not yet been enshrined by the Supreme Court. So stop citing it as though it's a fact.

And I guess the Georgia legislature will be convening any day now. Can you share with us the date?

Ok, I'm confused.  Does the right wing believe in states rights, or does it believe that the only Constitution that is relevant in an election is the US Constitution?

Even if the right wing believes the US Constitution is relevant, doesn't the Election Clause of the Constitution make it clear that states have the right to conduct elections pretty much as they please so long as they don't violate some part of the US Constitution?

I'm just BS'ing here, we all know that the Trump camp will interpret or ignore the US Constitution and states rights in any way that will keep their Deal Leader in power.

What fraud has been shown with evidence that holds up in court?

How about they just provide it to the court.

You are the one falsely accusing saying there is fraud. Where is it. Over 50 court cases and nothing presented.

Yet this evidence never seems to make it to court. Or, if it does, it's laughed out of them.

You are evidently unaware of the doctrine of "court shmourt".

Is that anything like the "evidence schmevidence" doctrine?

"it is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled"

Are your egos so frail that you refuse to simply admit you got conned by a con man, you made a mistake? Everyone makes mistakes but intelligent people learn from their mistakes and move on.  Give it a try.  It's not that hard.

You've yet to provide any evidence of fraud.  Just legal appeals, which are going nowhere.

We're waiting...

If it's not on MSM, it's just a conspiracy theory.  Amazing how Trump's supporters fall for these.
