Rack/box on a little bike. It ruins the handling and is horrible for parking - at least for all the other people in that parking area.

You'll be surprised that the ADV150 doesn't feel like a "little bike" and the handling is still great when fully loaded. The suspension on the rear is excellent. Did the Mae Hong Son loop and had a blast. Easily kept up with bigger bikes as was able to brake much later into the corners. As for parking, it fits anywhere another bike does. Guess you love Grab delivery and Food Panda bikes then ????

Normally the delivery guys don't park in the area where all the other bikes are.

In many parking spaces (i.e. Terminal 21 is a good example) the parking slots are designed for normal bikes <= 150cc. If anybody has a box on a bike that blocks the way for everybody else. Grrrrr

Thanks everyone

i dont like manual speed motorbike at all, i only targeting a automatic scooter like i use here in Europe everyday, that fit my need

i was looking at SYM there in Thailand but unfortunatly, the model they have seems  to be outdated ( the old MaxSym and the GTS 300 ) i was more thinking about a Cruisym https://www.symfrance.com/fr/models/cruisym-a-125-euro-5.html  but not aviable right  now in Thailand

About KYMCO i was looking at the DOWNTOWN, but  i canot find any KYMCO official dealer in Phuket  / or Thai so you right about maintenance and spare pieces

https://www.kymco.fr/fr/scooters/125/202-downtown-125i-abs  feel free to let me know if you have link to Kymco shops in Thailand

Nmax is nice, but a bit small for my height 190cm and 100kg So maybe i should buy a bigger model like Forza 350 or Xmax 300

The Burgman 200 look nice too, but Suzuki stop to produce it this year so will be tuff to resale it in futur

From what appears from this link it would seem that the new model 2021 burgman 200 will soon be introduced in Thailand

The Honda ADV is a step up from the PCX. The Nmax feels a bit more solid than the PCX. But, if you really want to treat yourself, the new 2021 Forza 350 is amazing. I bought one and love it around town, or on the highway. It is a bit large and heavy, so likely not a great choice for smaller guys. At 6' it fits me perfectly.

As far as I know, it's front brake that has ABS, and back brake lever uses CBS (combined braking system)..., but from my experience on Forza with CBS + dual front and back ABS, the CBS does not allow the back brake to lock up, if I pull the left brake lever hard I can feel and hear the front wheel ABS is activated....(it maybe like this on my bike but I never got anyone else to test this and report back)...!

Also see this link, has good comparison of advanced features on all 3 scooters:

https://www.cheapscooterbali.com/blog/about-bali/comparing-features-of-honda-pcx-yamaha-nmax-and-honda-adv/

I also laugh at Honda customer service and maintenance being good in Thailand for scooters....! ????????, more of a rip off..., I try to avoid them. (no experience with big wing though).

With bikes there is often no such thing as a "better" bike. What is better? A SuperSport bike or a chopper? There is no "better". And the same applies obviously also for other bikes.

Better than the aerox for highway use as well as comfort.  No bike is perfect but I would take the nmax imperfections over the aerox.

The ADV150 sold in Thailand has ABS on the front only. In 12,000kms it has never activated nor have I had to do an emergency braking measure. The rear disc does not have ABS and have never locked or skidded the rear wheel. The ADV150 brake system is NOT linked thankfully (the Click model brakes are linked which I dislike as prefer independant control).

I guess I have been lucky at the Honda service dealer I use ????

I guess if the idea is to use the bike on highways and especially for long trips then the nmax is probably better for that. And for short trips in the city the aerox is probably better...

Yeah. There's auto and then there's auto. A good DSG auto will shift faster than any pure manual clutch.

There are a few websites that say ADV150 has Combined Braking System (CBS) or Combi Brake...., see the links I send in my last post...

Also this Honda own website mentions it in specification drop down as "Combi Brake" after the list:

They are selling two versions, it's either ABS or CBS.

Missed that. It must an option change for the 2021 model as it wasn't available in 2019/20.
