All reports I've seen have the second dose (AZ) at 16 weeks. This seems to be the default. Could they pull that in? Sure. Assuming they have product.

Mine is booked for 12 weeks,as of yesterday

Without a Thai ID card, you need to register in person with your passport except in a few provinces where special online platforms may have been set up for foreigners.


As to whether you will succeed, anyone's guess, it is different everywhere due to lack of a coherent, clearly communicated government policy.

 

Only thing to do is to try.
