Sadly that's just the problem; many thousands of Thai's are brought up to be stupid, usually by their ignorant/Illiterate Grandparents whilst the Single Mother is out working to feed the whole family !

Well then can't be that 'stupid' if they have the money to buy a BMW (even at 20% reduction)?

It appears that a man called "No" who formerly ran a rental business hit on hard times.

Was he a doctor?

Nah... but I'm sure he'll get a Bond

Can't help but think that the perp is as much an idiot as those he scammed. I imagine he must have shown id to get the leased cars and unless he had a quick escape from thailand planned was eventually going to get caught and put behind bars.

It's not clever enough to be called a scam. Just call it Stupid

20 percent off?

Who do I contact?

I actually think the trick of this con was the 20 percent.

20 percent is not an unbelievable discount.

If the con man had said 75 percent off it would have been harder to find marks.
