I do not drive personally, but I cannot see why anyone needs a car that costs more than a house

Water hoses onto lithium battery packs?

Shocking.

Fresh water is not a good conductor. If one wishes to neutralize/discharge lithium cells it is necessary to add salt to the water.

Anyone who buys a new expensive car in this country with the insanely high import tarrifs has got to have more dollars than sense or so desperate for attention.

What about Joe Ferrari?

The joke being that these only cost $35k in the US

No, the joke is someone bringing up the irrelevant subject of US car prices on vehicles bought in Thailand...every single time!

What happened in this case? Does anyone have the current news?

It was the nut behind the wheel, a critical part that often causes tragic accidents. Leave it to Somchai to crash a self-driving car!

Thailand seems to have a problem with lamp-posts and electicity-post jumping out in front of cars which are being driven sedately down the street.  They need to fix this !

so the current update,  some bright spark in charge,  got the shock of his life when he came in contact with a power pole.  He has been taken for a check-up and could receive extra charges of assault & battery, however he may be discharged shortly, watt ever is the case.

Imagine the carnage and damaged buildings if Thailand finally buries all its cables and there are no posts to slow drivers down when they can't stay on the road. One dead in the car, six dead who were sitting outside their house having a quiet cup of tea.
