I wants a Rolls but my budget won’t allow for it.  Thailand wants a class act for target tourists.   Ain’t going to happen.   At the empty Pattaya beach today, garbage all over the beach and nobody gives a <deleted>.  
 

This country is a target destination for the poor and middle class of the world.   But people will argue “there are rich people here”.  Yes, a few thousand and the same is true in Africa too.  For the desired target tourist there is nothing of interest in this country.
