In a normal country that would be an automatic ban and loss of licence, but T.I.T. !

Soon all the roads will be empty! Great for the tourist!

And whom will enforce it?

Or will it be another income stream for certain BIB.

Its enforced by the DLT, nothing to do with the police.

If enforced there's going to be a taxi crisis within a month or two anyway, all of them will be suspended for one reason or another.

Once down to zero points, licences can be suspended and after multiple times even removed.

How severe is that ! ..... plenty of room for negotiation there...negotiation ...lol !

Absolutly useless.

If the government really interested in make some changes,

then they should follow the German or Swiss model.

What do you think, why they have only few traffic fatalities?

Because in Germany and Switzerland they have a strict traffic

law enforcement.

Very easy to get the driving license suspended.

In Thailand... just 200 or 500 Baht tea money.
