Black Adder.  Rowan A. is phenomenal as are his sidekicks.

Louis CK standup, Sorry and Sincerely. Hilarious, but not for those easily offended.

I loved that series, written by Ricky Gervais I believe. Pity he didn't do more.

This was another classic, funny series.

I love Irish humour and this one always sticks in my mind.

Reading some "special" TV posts . Happens daily.

Ally McBeal series 1 and 2 ( before it went all sad and introspective ).

Most of my "real" belly laughs were with friends joking around, not artificial media.

Jeremy Clarkson's column in the Sunday Times is usually good for a few laughs, and it's true to form today, about his experiences doing the Christmas shopping online this year. Here's a snippet:

Worse was to come, however, when I attempted to buy a case of wine from Berry Bros, because after a diligent hour or so of choosing what I’d like and where it needed to go to and then inputting my address and my mother’s maiden name and the reason for my first dog’s death, I found the order wouldn’t go through. So I pressed “Submit” again. And then again and again and again until finally it sent a message saying that 640 bottles were on their way.

Larry David/Curb Your Enthusiasm - just finished season 11 and its good for more than a few good laughs.

Russel Howard 2 part special on Netflix. First part is the standup second is his experience of the pandemic. Really funny and good watch

You can have an even bigger laugh when he becomes PM.

Anuntin being denied entry into Switzerland to attend a World Health Organisation meeting because he was not properly vaccinated.

The only TV show that makes me laugh out loud is Would I Lie To You. Funniest thing on television. It is a BBC show, but there are repeats on DAVE which only shows repeats of many different shows.

On another forum:

A guy just married before corona with Thai woman, then got back to his country.

Corona started and he couldnt get back to Thailand.

Then finally he found the way and after long time came back to her, with all restrictions taken.

First thing the wife said: Why are you so late?

Really, that made me crying of laughing. It makes me laughing even writing this now.

I can assure Billy Connally is NOT in the least bit funny,

(I used to live next door to Ken's brother, Stan just outside of Wigan).
