For those unaware. Section 12, subsection 2, of the Thai Immigration Act, B.E. 2522 (1979), states that aliens are excluded from entering the Kingdom if they have "no appropriate means of living on entering the Kingdom." This means they must be able to financially support themselves while in Thailand. It's the catch-all "insufficient funds" reason.
