How to correct my Nationality on my Thai covid vax cert?

Featured Replies

For some reason, my Thai Mor Phrom app and vax cert lists me as a Thai nationality even tho I uploaded my passport image earlier and only used passport getting vaccinated.

Can I correct this when I get next booster at a vaccine center or must I go to some govt office somewhere?

Yes you have to go to the Vaccine Center and talk to an authorized person there. They can change it for you!!

To fix all the errors in my MorProm App I had to go back 3 times!!

1st Visit oke person responsible wasn't in

2nd Visit, they changed some things and was told to come back after 24 hours because then the data should have changed

3rd Visit, some data still wasn't correct which they said they changed previously. They changed it again and again was told to come back again but next day when I looked it was all oke!!

My first vaccine certificate (paper) has me vaccinated in the year 2564. Unable to change it (hospital Phuket says). Had my Moderna booster at bkk hospital bkk and they printed off another certificate showing 2021 for all three jabs. Mor Prom certificate tab shows 2564 for all three. International certificate tab shows 2021. I'll use the bkk hospital paper cert. for travel abroad, I'm sure 2021 is easier on the eyes for border health security than 2564......

If you apply for an international certificate through the app, you can change it yourself during the application, but it will only be updated on the international certificate, not the local one.

OK thanks. I think I may have inadvertently left the nationality as Thai when applying for the international certificate before? So when I get a booster I should be able to change it and re apply the updated international certificate showing all boosters I guess.

I was able to apply for a new international certificate after getting a booster.
