Thai Airways - Access Denied

Featured Replies

Anyone know why I'm now getting the following error message when checking flight date/times and prices on their website - and, in particular, what it means in plain English, please?

Access Denied
Error 15

Never got this message before. And I'm still getting it despite rebooting the laptop and clearing the Chrome cache.

Reboot the router and try a different browser.

(1) Check the time of the system clock on your device is correct.

(2) Use a VPN.  Possibly most easily done by installing Opera browser and turning VPN on.

Thanks, have just rebooted the modem but still no joy with Chrome. However success with Edge instead. Can't understand why Thai Airways' website geeks now appear to have security concerns with Chrome but not with Edge. Looks like a case of TIT to me.
