Some experts don't agree, carbs and fruit for example, difficult to eat the amount that makes you fat

How can anybody be so idiot and ridiculous but still call himself expert ?

someone can only be more than retarded to not understand that carbs is what makes people fat around the world and nobody needs specific carbs as there is enough in anything we eat already ! So only old idiot keep eating rice and pasta and bread, not rocket science !

The more storage you have the more you will buy, the more you will eat, the fatter you will become. All in the name of saving a few baht.

That's why you break down the bulk into single use packages using freezer/butcher wrap paper or freezer bags.  Then you pull out what you need.

To my knowledge there is no significant saving to be had "buying in bulk" here. Certainly not enough to warrant the expense buying and running a an independent unit. We just bought a bigger fridg

I eat all these foods daily, actually most days I eat chocolate and other yummy things.

I eat what I enjoy, lots of carbs, fruit and vegetables.

I'm a very active person, I ride a bicycle most days and gym everyday.

BMI says I'm overweight, 1kg over normal, I'm happy with that.

We are all managers, it's all about managing yourself, eating correctly (don't overeat) and exercise regularly.

I bought a 14 cf freezer in January and filled it.

The only problem I have found is I have not seen the lower half in 5 months. Don't know that I ever will.

They need to make freezers like compost bins, where you can turn a handle and rotate them.

Err, sorry make it yourself

I took the measurements and found strong plastic baskets with handles I have 3 in the bottom + 4 lift out wire Freezer baskets on the top never found a problem..
