I was wondering if the lady was jogging draped in a Russian flag.

If not, how is it thought she was identified as Russian?

This happened May 18 Wednesday night. So there was all day yesterday to just get a basic description of the attacker. If there is no follow up report today *??. Is this just going to fade away ? * Ok @snoop1130 - thats you

Thai news picking up the story with video;  The video shows a government truck making a U turn after seeing the Russian (before the attack), then he follows her into the lake area, the truck is seen leaving the park area after 15 minutes.  I'm guessing an arrest will come soon.
