Popular Post worgeordie
There needs to be mandatory prison sentences for anyone caught DUI , it's time to come down hard on drink driving , prison for those caught over the limit, longer sentences for those that injure or kill people ,examples need to be made of these people who think its OK to get drunk ,then get behind the wheel of a vehicle. regards worgeordie

As long as a useless police force can take decisions that should be done by a competent court and people can buy themselves free, nothing will change. Tip to the 14 year old boy.

There's nothing in the OP or in the linked Pattaya News article that indicates the 14 year-old was in charge of the motor bike.

Those charges wouldn’t even happen in a Western Country. Only a charge with a similar penalty to manslaughter and even then they don’t always go to jail. Seems to be that way inThailand now
