Let's see what the electorate thinks at the next election.

I seem to remember similar statements at the last election, all backed up with links to polls and Garuniad predictions.

Mind you sunak’s policies are faring no better

”But former counter-terrorism chief Sir Peter Fahy, who was also chief constable of Greater Manchester police, questioned the precise meaning of “vilification”.

He said: “The widening of Prevent could damage its credibility and reputation. It makes it more about people’s thoughts and opinions.

“It is straying into thought crimes and political opinions.”

#gotruss-if you ever get your ballot papers that is.

If anyone is clueless, it's someone who remembers that the Brexit vote was supposed to be a landslide for remainers. The polls showed the race to be very close.

Online surveys, on average, predicted a "leave" win with a 1.2% margin, whereas those with a phone methodology had "remain" win with a 2.6% margin.[12] All in all, 63% of online polls predicted a Leave victory, while 78% of phone polls predicted that Remain would win.[13] Kantar TNS and Opinium, both pollsters with online methodologies, were the two groups that forecast a Leave victory just ahead of the vote.[13]

Gotta feel for the the Brexiters. How gullible can you be?

Sold a pup - well, more of a litter of pups - but still believe that the Brexit benefits are just around the corner despite there being no sign of either benefits or the corner.

Gotta feel for those who continually bring up Brexit on any thread.......????...........Must be Brexit Syndrome........????..............????

I'm talking about left wing echo chambers, not independent polls.

Nice deflection though.

So now we know why you won't vote for Labour. Doesn't seem to matter much to the plurality though.

I would not vote socialist, or for any Party that makes excuses for terrorism or cavorts with terrorism folk....there is a difference.....????

Thanks, Slip. However, unfortunately, facts don't matter to some posters.

Weeeeeell, going by stuff that keeps being written here, the fact is, we have Brexit, fact, Liz Truss could well become the next UK PM, fact, the Labour Party is having Union problems, fact...????

Depends how you define Brexit. If you simply mean that we have left the EU, then agreed. However, if you extend the definition to include the effects of leaving then we don't have it eg. the UK government's desire to renegotiate the Withdrawal Agreement. Fact!

Agreed, Liz Truss could become the next UK PM and the reason for that? The last incumbent was considered unsuitable by his fellow MPs. Fact!

Untrue. The relationship between the Labour Party and the Unions remains unchanged. Fact!

If you say so............????

Come on truss, enough with the policy debacles and humiliating u-turns. Sunak is catching up according to some polls.

Thankfully for the opposition others say otherwise.

#gotruss- the candidate the opposition would choose.

I am happy to read that, everyone's happy........????

But I think the main point at this time is, whom ever wins, we still have a Government that is streets ahead of the socialist opposition, they are a disaster waiting to happen, just look and listen to their front bench, they cannot even control Cabinet members.... ????
