They have been ordering this for 30+ years, as long as I can remember.

So how  do the "Bosses of an area"  get their millions back that they have to pay for the position ??

No more bribes

No inappropriate behaviour at all

No corruption in any shape or form

The RTP were to offer no favors and follow the law to the letter.

Or else.

Prawit trying to turn back time... priceless !

Or else ??? what??? If he wants to tackle he corruption he should look at the tax forms the police fill in. If they earn 15.000 THB a month they can't afford to drive a luxury car, a mortgage free house, and so on... unless they make more money.. and where is that coming from??

Selling wiper blades ?

If serious about tackling it this could be done if someone is serious such as Hong Kong succeeded.

There are quite a few articles how they did it.

BUT do not throw stones when sitting in a glass-house! IMHO a person with a watch-fairytale history is NOT the right person to point fingers at others.

So he is telling those at the top of the money received pyramid, who have been neck deep in corruption their whole careers, who are rich off of it, that it has to stop? He will not last long...
