Popular Post webfact
Daily News Thai Cap: "Sex Creator's" room revealed Daily News reported on a post on Twitter by what they said appeared to be the owner of a luxury condominium - minnyfriendshy. In stills and a video the poster showed the appalling state that her tenant had left the room in after failing to pay rent. There was stinking and rotting trash everywhere including on the bed. It was impossible to walk anywhere without treading on something. The post contained the comment directed at the "star Tweeter": "Please come and pick up the dildo that you left on the bed and be so kind as to pay me what you owe". The landlord then tagged her name - she's a well known sexy student who the media called a "sex creator" on Twitter. This all created much online comment with people saying they really would like to see her face as well as advising the landlord to prosecute her to the full extent of the law. ASEAN NOW notes that we have carried dozens of similar stories over the last few years with the tenants invariably being women. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-09-24 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Popular Post DaLa
I used to rent out houses to students back in my UK city. Those pictures are nothing to worry about. I also had 1 girl who asked if she could paint her room. 'Fine' I replied , 'just don't use too dark a colour'. Result, she painted the entire room BLACK. 2 1

DrPhibes
Looks like the Sunday when I woke up wondering where the heck I was after my first frat house/sorority house get together party I went to and somehow forgot to leave, including the appearance of a few intimate utensils scattered here and there. Just needs more comatose bodies strewn about.
Popular Post BKKTRAVELER
I mean... How does a person manage to live their life like that? How can you live for extended period of times in such filth? I hope the landlord has a rental contract and will be able to get compensation. This is just not ok...
kingstonkid
I also had a tenant that left the house a disaster. The only thing you can do is get a dumpster and fill it. I used a snow shovel. The problem is that they leave in a hurry. The advantage that you have in he west is that people ask for references and usually call the last landlord. Had one tenant that gave me as a reference and referred to her as the late great X. Eventually the other guy caught on. Everything I said about her was positive except that i kept referring to her as deceased Edited September 24, 2022 by kingstonkid

Landlords in Kingston rent out to student parents. That way the parents are liable for anything that goes wrong. Also, it gives the landlord the right to report anything happening in the apartment to the parents directly. Works like a charm when mom and dad and their credit rating is on the line. 9
Aussieroaming
Reminds me of a young graduate engineer I dropped in to pick up for work one day. He lived in a share house and it was appalling. Years later we were both working on the same site doing FI/FO and the cleaners refused to even enter his accommodation because it was such a filthy disaster.
gomangosteen
Who'd be a landlord? We've encountered three 'runners' from rental accomm locally - two UK one US, all males, unfortunately we'd effectively been 'guarantor' for one of the English ones, guy late 60s, didn't know him but helped find a rental house and translate the rental docs etc, afterwards he was in terms of the property owner 'our friend' and we took liability for the clean up. The other two, gone without notice, unpaid rent, both mid-late 20s secondary school teachers here through an agency, even stole the kitchen items and towels, weird, wonder how often it happens. Guess the agency had to pick up the costs for that.

Retiredandhappyhere
Many years ago, I rented out a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Thailand to a Thai husband and wife, who signed up for one year at a nominal rent, which was increased by 1000 baht per month, providing I installed a 30000 baht air con unit, which I duly did. They paid no deposit, but paid the rent for two months and then disappeared. When I went in to inspect the apartment, they had banged several 4 inch nails into the kitchen and bathroom tiles on which to hang their towels. In all, 16 tiles were broken and I was unable to replace them, as the designs were discontinued. Otherwise, the place was fairly tidy and in reasonable order, except for a cup-size hole knocked through the exterior concrete wall to bring in a TV aerial, even though there were TV sockets in the walls of each room. As the rents in that area were so low anyway, I decided not to re-let at all.
