Seriously though, as long as it isn't breaking forum rules it's a valid post, otherwise, what exactly are forums for. Are they for the people who think they are better than someone else, to use as a platform to try some sort of cheap ridicule?

No, it's not a good idea to bring a sex worker back to your apartment/condo or anywhere where you actually live.  Too many things can go wrong and you don't need that type of drama in your life.  Best to pay for the ST hotel and have your activities confined to that room for a set amount of time.

If you’re into freelancers, at least get in a hotel and have reception take down their ID. It doesn’t matter whether you talk to them for 10 minutes or 10 hours; a devious professional could easily fly under the radar of most horny switched off blokes.

I've always had a suspicion that I was given that drug that blocks memory on one assignation. As I never left money ( apart from a small amount ) in the room ( always locked in the hotel safety box ) nothing was taken to my knowledge.

Way off topic, but want to respond.   Cannot for the life of me understand how picking up freelancers ends up with a need for "wife visa".  Mongering and looking for a wife are opposite pursuits.  

I survive in LOS because I can do much more on the same money here than in the U.S.   You need funds to survive in any country, you certainly do not need a wife
