Anyone knows a beach spot that could be turned into a bar?

Ask the police, they control who can start illegal beach bars.

All the beaches are property of the Royal family, so it wouldn't be legal.

Looking for such a place in / around Hua Hin

Beeches are private property, no beach bars allowed.
Unless you pay-off the local police, however you will still be illegal and will be turfed off at some point by authorities or locals fearing competition.

Your best bet is find a small bar near the beach front that is for rent, and some local "dollies" to run it for you.

Why not turn a boat/yacht into a bar, and offer beach transfers by dinghy? Then you can stay ahead of the various mafiosi!

pak nam pran has plenty of empty land adjacent to the beach

theres a couple of beach bars down there too to check out

Many closed bars along that stretch of Pranburi Beach that are for sale including a older hotel which had a restaurant that could be a bar, and its just across the road from the water.

Yeah but also very quiet, definitely an oversupply of watering holes along Pak Nam Pran beach stretch ????

Fit out a Suzuki Carry with a bar, w/solar panels on the roof.

Starting to see the likes of the picture in the post above more and more along Pranburi Beach road.  On this mornings walk we found a coconut smoothie truck.  There is one that is near the Police outpost on the Pranburi beach road that sets up in the evenings and is an actual bar.  They must have approval if they park in the lot near the Police substation.

I came really close to buying one on FB MarketPlace, as it was set up for drinks, and selling point, already solarized with inverter & batteries.   Great price .... BUT  ... NO seller info ????

Was going to turn it into a camper.  Now don't need, have the EV, which I can run the AC all night if wanting, and if can't find a place.  Though yet to not find a cheap 'pet friendly' GH when out & about.

Might play camping in EV, just for the hell of it at almost local park just south of us, @ Hat Wanakorn National Park;

wife ฿20

me ฿100 ????

car  ฿50

camping ฿30

We have a nice memory foam bed topper that fits perfectly in the back of the ZS.

Was actually just looking for coffee shop surfside, they have, so asked wife to can and ask, if need to pay fees just to use coffee shop or restaurant.

So cost ฿170 for privileges' to buy a coffee.  They really have to work on their marketing skills.
