Just about every hardware and building supply store in Pattaya have those cheap blue striped tarpaulins in giant rolls and can cut off what you need.

 

Hardware House / MegaHome have more expensive ones with rings on the edges for tie downs

They dissolve and disintegrate after 2-3 months in the sun.

On the 700 Rai Market in Sattahip is a dealer every saturday who sells it. A good one costs 250 THB for 2x3m.

Do they sell it at the weekend garden market, opposite the BHP Fri/Sat and Sunday? It is a likely place.....?
