Yacult

Featured Replies

Hi.

Any advice or contact details on how to buy yacult in Pattaya?

As I understand it, it is very hit and miss to find the vendors riding around on their motorbike, but I would like a steady supply.

I already know that it is not available in any of the supermarkets. It is a monopoly of street vendors only.

But if anyone has an English speaking vendor who can deliver to my door, please let me know.

Greatly appreciated for any info.

Yakult not Yacult. Yoghurt or fermented milk is much the same. All good for you.

I gave up finding Yakult years ago and tried the fermented yoghurt. The Betagen version does nothing for me, so I switched to the Meiji brand and that works fine, as good as Yakult any day.

Simply stopped the lady riding her delivery bike in our neighborhood, and now she brings our requested amount every week. We pay in advance so she can drop if we don't happen to be there. She puts it on ice to stay fresh.

What does it noticeably do for you please? I've been advised to try it.

Works fine for what? Energy? Well being?

Too much makes me go toilet. They all seem the same to me.

The headline of all that stuff is "probiotic drinks".

Before I try to put together an explanation in English better read here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Probiotic

I buy one of the Betagen "fakes" at about every visit to a 7/11. The "0%" sugar of course

Thankfully my digestion works like a clock with or without.
