September 2, 20232 yr Let's try this in General for maximum exposure. I've edited the title for clarity and removed your duplicate thread. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
September 2, 20232 yr I have a vague recollection of seeing news in English on Thai PBS at some point in the past. That may be a place to start looking. In the meantime, it looks like they do live streams on YouTube (though that may or may not help). https://www.youtube.com/@ThaiPBSWorld/streams
September 2, 20232 yr Why TV lol just get your news from the internet like a non-dinosaur ????????♂️

Over 30+ years I've seen maybe 10 different Thai news in English start ups, none have lasted, I guess the number of viewers isn't enough to bring advertsing to support the operational costs. Any commercialenterprise will have serious continuous focus on 'where's the revenue / how much revenue / operating costs.' My guess is that under it's old ownership The Nation English News channel lasted the longest, and it was well done.
