Having received notification approved, I logged back in today. 

 

Ir just shows the original approved notice.  Scrolled down and entered passport number and name, clicked on search and " no data found".  

Not unduly perturbed, but is this normal?

My understanding is no data is available beyond the previous seven days. Not sure why, just to pee us off or is there a reasonable explanation. I have resorted to entering my data ONCE only and screen grabbing it for use anytime in weeks / years ahead.

Many thanks.  I have also screengrabbed mine and printed it out to clip to my existing manual copy.

Landlady sent info to get passwords and we can now log in however she didn't enter address for fear of cancelling my existing TM30 - we have just had an email reminder to enter address.

 

SO: Is it possible to enter address and save without entering additional data which would lead to a new TM30 filing - I assume you can enter address only without this cancelling existing paper TM30, no?

I registered online, although I already have a TM 30 from some years ago.  I entered my address and received an approval.  I have made a screenshot and printed out the approval.    I have pinned the online TM 30 to the original.

 

I cannot see that registering online will cancel your existing TM 30.  If it does, it should not matter.

Now you have two that go hand in hand.  Don't see an issue really.

 

But....the only people who can confirm anything is the TM 30 desk.

The difference here may be that you are registering yourself for your own property and thus details of you are on file whereas property owner and me are not the same in my case.

Nope.  I registered as a tenant.  Passport, name,  address etc.

 I uploaded my passport and my tenancy agreement and received an approval from the site.

 

I am a tenant not an owner.

Slight difference, My Landlady uploaded her father's (the owners) details but did not fill in the address in the data page. I would assume you can register a property in advance of registering tenants staying there, especially as you can register multiple properties, but that might not have been thought through.

I think you might be overthinking this.  Your landlady needs to submit your full details to register you.  

But, remember, that this is primarily designed for those who previously registered on line.  

Existing holders of a manual TM 30 do not need to register.

 

As I said, I now have two versions of a TM 30 and am not concerned in the least. 

 

I did it out of curiosity to see if it worked for tenants, and it did.

 

If you are at all concerned, then perhaps contact your immigration office.

Really hope someone can help. I have successfully registered but am stuck trying to submit a residence report.

 

On the  main page where it says "Inform accomodation >Search" the box on the left hand side shows my address as approved but the address bar is blank. Clicking "add +" does not add this to the bar (unlike what is shown in the User Guide) nor give that address as an option to select.

 

Rather, I get the message  "Please add "The address to receive foreigners to stay" at Profile Page" even though the address is already in my Profile page.  If I try to "add" I get the error message "The address to receive foreigners to stay data Duplicate" because of course it is an exact duplicate of theo ne already listed.

Just a thought.....why are you trying to add your address if you have successfully been approved?

Answer :In case there is no information in the "ที่พักอาศัย/Addrdss" section, this could caused by either the user has not added any addresses to the profile, or Application version 2023.10.00 update since there are additional required fields including host information and reference documents after the update. Users can click the link or go to the profile and edit the existing addresses and complete all the required fields.

I have just checked my online page on Safari and then on chrome.   2 slightly different layouts.

 

I am not sure about this online system and its uses.  But it would appear to me for those who registered, to add any " alien" who stayed at their premises.  And use the forms online.  See my image.

 

Therefore, you shouldn't need to add an address, just the details of the guest.   If you click on the " add" at bottom left of my image, it opens a new window to complete your guests' details.

 I was trying to use my approved account to submit a TM30 report  But I get the error message that I need to add address where the person is staying in my profile - even though it is already there (and thus cannot be re-added).

You would think so, but it does not accept it, it gives me an error message that it needs address.

Actually the part you are showing is to do a search, not to make a report.  That comes up when one clicks "add" to the left of what you have shown. But I then get the error message about need for address in my profile, even though it is already there.

I saw that. Burt all the required information is already entered. There are no empty fields in the profile.  And the whole thing was set up and approved after the last update.

Sorry to disagree with you.  When I click add bottom left, it brings up a page to fill in the guests details ..name...middle name surname...passport etc.  It does not generate a search.

Try using Chrome, because that is where my image was taken from.  Safari produces a different layout and is not as user friendly.

What is for search was the part you initially showed in your first post. Indeed, if on the left hand side (not shown in your initial post) you click "add" on bottom left it  brings up the section for registration -- but in my case (not yours) instead of showing the address in the box there was an error message saying I need to add an address in my profile. But the address is already in the profile. Hence my problem. 

 

I have since resolved it. Although everything on initial profile page was completed (including my gender, a new field) what I had to do was click "edit" next to the existing address and then go in and re-enter my gender again there. in Chrome

 

This solved it and I was able to submit rteport. Now struggling to get it to export the proof of submission...I keep getting a  "Service Timeout" message. Will try again in the morning

 

 

 

I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. All the same issue.

After entering our own details of stay, do we get some notification that they have received it?  Or do we merely attach a copy of the input excel fiule to our passport?

I have just screenshot mine, printed out the approval and attached it to my current manual TM 30 issued by immigration.

There is now (new) a way to get a pdf file showing that you did the report.


What you do is first, do a search for the report you entered. on the main screen just put the report dayte (date informed) then selcting "all" search.  The result will show at the bottom of the page  as a long single row of data.

 

Then on the far left where there is a search icon next to the person's name, click that and you get the whole report showing all the details. At the bottom towards the right there is an option to "export", clicking that s supposed to download a pdf file showing the report submisison. So far though all I get is a "Service Timeout" error message.

When I used the new website last week, I was actually shocked how well the whole process worked. For the first time in history, ThaiVisa was down and immigration's web services were up, so I couldn't even have asked for help here if I had needed to.

 

The only thing still missing was the export feature that seems to be rolling out now. I wished I could report that my screenshot was accepted at the immigration office, but they just handed it back to me and said it's not required. Would I EVER show up there without a TM30 receipt? Of course not, it's completely unpredictable.

Thanks...I have no idea when I submitted the report though!!  So that could be a time consuming task to go day by day till I land on the right one!

From other posts it sounds like the new system may only retain data for a short period.

You can do search for a date range no need to go day by day.

From the FAQ for the TM-30:


Unable to search the notification of residence after 7 days of the check-in date.

Answer - According to the policy of Immigration Bureau, the limitation of search cannot be over 7 days of the check-in date, hence, the users will not be able to search any records passed the limited date.

You have 7 (seven) days from the check-in date to search for the record you entered by the policy of the Immigration Bureau as implemented in their application.  The best practice is to submit the report and then immediately search for the report, and then print out a screenshot of the submitted report.  They may (or may not) be working on an improvement allowing you to download a PDF file, but the above best practice currently works.  On the search screen enter a From Date six days before today and a To Date of today.  The search will return your report with a check-in date in that period.

One of the changes made since the launch was to add "Gender" to the address, and this is a mandatory field. Does your address include the "Gender" field?

Ha!!  Remembered I had downloaded the excel file so that was date stamped...but I had already filed another TM30 yesterday, so a search on the old date threw up - my latest one from yesterday.  hey ho....I have a screen shot now!!

My current TM30 was approved 5 years ago and I am still living at the same address. Do I need to apply for a "new" TM30 using this new tool? My 90-day report is still current and at the same address.
