I wonder what their definition of bad tourists is? That is quite a broad brush that would benefit from more focus.  Also, if the are intending to enhance the tourist experience, they really need a good deal more effort in looking for the bad Thai’s and sorting them out.

Can only endorse other comments. Start with the Thai problem. The problem in Pattaya is not foriengers but local resident Thais who are too lazy to do a good days work and want to make an easy living by what ever means they can. Usually ripping off tourists, The find it harder with resident Farangs. 

Speaking of bad Russians what about this drucken Russian woman who ran down and killed an American guy and Liechtenstein girl aged 18 years old in Chalong less then a month ago and nothing has been done to her what's up with that the hubby paid over a coupler million baht to the coppers I wonder here's the clip from the cctv, you can see the kids riding home and the speeding Russian after she killed them she destroyed a sign and a huge concrete power pole,, maybe apart from just being drunk off her face she was speeding too.

Well I guess if this means bad behavior, overstayers ,  and illegal activities.  The amount of foreigners will drastically decrease. Especially if it’s done all over Thailand.

Next time, I'll ask for a "good foreigner" stamp at immigration, might come in handy in Phuket.

A good Idea but I bet that there  are more Bad Thais in Phuket than bad Foreigners.

While they are cleaning up Phuket why not start with the Thais first.

There won't be enough jails in Phuket to accommodate the thousands of Bad Thais and officials.

It's always been the position of our ANF Poster Justice for Farangs Blatherers that farangs should be exempt from obeying Thai laws & regulations until crime has first been eradicated among Thais. Furthermore, the Red Bull heir must be caught and punished.

 

Until then, you should be free to overstay, run over pedestrians, rob gold shops, walk around naked, enjoy sex on the public beaches, refuse to pay bills, run scams, whatever.
