Trump will "lose it"

My plan is to register new voters in a swing state before the election. That is what I am doing to beat Trump.

Many of the Trump trolls here are foreigners, so they can't do anything to help Trump win.

The problem with registering new voters is the misinformation they are subjected to, plus that many of them, ie the whiteys, are infected with white privlege and racial hatred. The entire system of voting in America is rotten, as best illustrated by the fact that an insurrectionist like Trump is permitted to run.

Not sure whether you're being deliberately disingenuous or not, but you're totally misrepresenting the reason for the charges he's facing.   He's not on trial for paying hush money (as you s

The more newly registered voters, the more likely Trump will lose.

If you have doubts, see the "2020 election".

Your approach of giving up before the election didn't work so well in 2016.

Trump never said he provided intelligence to the Russians. You can prove me wrong by providing a link proving your point.

Oh Im sorry, I thought you were defending him. Im  glad to see that you are enlightened and educated, not a brainwashed facscist loon that waves flags and stands up everytime that warmongering rascist anthem is played.

Are you in the States now? It must be brutal to see the crowds chearing the Orange Hitler. I dont understand how Fox News is permitted to broadcast his speeches, they should get their license revoked. Hate speech!

I don't go to Trump rallies, nor do I watch FOX in most cases.

Not in the US, now, but will go back to register voters and request an absentee ballot.

that’s basically a death nail in a coffin. That’s a conversation ender. No need to discuss anything, ever, with a human being that supports Biden. It’s beyond all pale and you’ve obviously been manipulated into believing the man has even a shred of coherence

80 million Biden voters in the last election makes you a lonely man.

No, it does not.

I think your assumption is going to be tested during the trial.

Even if the underlying crime were committed, Trump has not been charged with it.

You may have missed it, but I already referenced an article that points out that Trump does not have to have been charged with it (let alone convicted). All that is legally required for the felony charge to stick is for the prosecution to show that the defendant's “intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.”

It remains to you seen what the jury thinks but I reckon there should be enough evidence from the combination of Pecker, Cohen, McDougal and Clifford (Daniels) to convince a jury of Trump's intent. I think Pecker's evidence will be the most convincing in this regard.

You could be right.

@Yellowtail

implied another possibility that I had not considered: that the underlying crime was committed by Michael Cohen (for which he was convicted) and Trump's were intended to cover up that crime.

Is there a precedent of him doing that?

Maybe no, but that doesn't indicate / prove he won't spit the dummy.

Because the reality is he thinks he's above the law.

If he was really guilty of the long list of crimes he was accused of committing, he would be in jail by now, with no prospect of getting out anytime soon.

if I was an anti-Trumper, by now I would seriously consider reassessing my views and interpretations, as well as my sources of information.

Trump's attorneys have managed to delay his trials, not dismiss them.

You should hold off until Trump is acquitted.

That's hilarious.

Trump is alleged to have had sex with Stormy about 18 years ago.

About 8 years ago, Trump enters the NDA with Stormy.

The alleged "crime" was "committed" in 2017.

Alvin Bragg waits until 2023 to indict Trump.

Yes, its's Trump causing all the delay...

Hey, why are all the leftists always going on about how fat Trump is, but they never say anything about Alvin Bragg, Letitia James or Fani (what 'chu talkin' 'bout) Willis? They have to take turns going up the service elevator...

Michael Cohen didn't come clean until 2018.

DA Vance declined to prosecute because of imminent retirement.

DA Bragg indicted Trump about 18 months after taking office.

Then, the Trump delays began.

So, the state delayed for seven years to indict Trump, and the Trump delays started a month ago, go it.

Not to bash his GOP believes (if he has any) but I really think that IF he goes to trial on Monday and the trial lasts for several days then at some point I think he will simply lose control. He might even be held in contemp. Just based on the man he is, his past (pampered) live and temper.

I wouldn't bet on that one.

It seems many "rules" are not laws. Like nobody thought that a criminal would run for presidency and absolutely nobody thought people would elect such a criminal and he could be a criminal and in jail and president at the same time.

Until not long ago it wasn't necessary to put things like that into laws, because it just wouldn't happen. But then...

I agree. They elected Biden. Need I say more?

You are right, I simplified the situation a little.

But I think what I did is what most people see.

Again, how many people paid an invoice for officially x, but in reality, it was for y. I am sure that happens not too seldom.

What makes this case so special is that they were payments to a porn actor for sex, or not talking about sex.

Back to Trump, if that would be the worst thing he every did, then I think that was not really a big thing. He did so many other things which are a lot worse. It would be great if he would be jailed for treason, not for "paying for sex" (yes, I know, I described in incorrectly again).

Trump and his lawyers have spent every waking moment coming up with more and more frivolous motions many of the same ones filed multiple times and aided by judges who refuse to cut the crap.  But he continues  doing everything under the sun to try and delay delay delay all of the trials and until the judges say enough the delays will continue...except maybe in NY where that judge actually has some gonads and is attempting to give trump a lot of leeway but refuse to let him make a mockery of the entire system.

But the "man" who babbles over and over about how very innocent he truly is obvioulsy does not want to have to try to sell that pack of BS to a judge and jury.  Not a bunch of maga cult member but normal people  who deal in the facts,  evidence, the documents, the videos/audios, the first hand testimony of a long string of republicans who voted for trump, worked for trump and stuck with him until they observed criminal behavior first hand and had the gonads to testify truthfully under oath as to what they saw and heard.

The so called "witch hunt" where the vast majority of witnesses were in fact republican trumpers....poor little donnie, everybody is always picking on him including his very own hand picked ardent supporters.

It is too bad that the first trial is the stormy case and not the docs case or the jan 6 case or even the rico case as the consequences are more dire and the evidence is piled to the ceiling.

However the stormy case also has a massive pile of evidence and carries potential jail time and if trump is convicted in this STATE case even if he should somehow get back to the white house he cannot pardon himself from a state crime.

So much hate and ideocracy... what's your bottom line in this matter?   Vindication?... did he send you a mean tweet?  Righteousness?... you hold these values for everyone?  Why be upset that trump is using the rules of the legal system in his own defense... Bragg and the other prosecutors are using the same set of rules... I bet you would be the first to shout hang him high at a lynching in the olden days.

BTW, you are aware of the fact that Trump has not been convicted of a crime resulting in incarceration, aren't you?

I read that Trump is not in court because he paid hush money to someone, but because he falsified business documents.

You'll have to wait a little longer for Trump to be convicted of a felony.

DA Bragg started work in 2022, and indicted Trump in 2023.

I will probably have to explain this to you again tomorrow.

And there was no judicial system prior to him campaigning and getting elected by promising to get Trump, but that in no way means he can't be fair.
