Seems you know nothing about the law.   Submitting fake signed election documents to the Federal Government is a Felony.   Election fraud is a felony.   Reality is real!

The question is whether any of these state investigations follow the trail all the way to Washington DC, given that Georgia already has.

Dems better be careful what they wish for.  Just about every candidate puts together a slate of alternate electors in states where the voting is close.  Gore had 'em.  Hillary had 'em.  Obama had 'em.

Start prosecuting alternate electors on the right and you can guaranty they'll start prosecuting them on the left.

Completely different. Thus, Jenna crying for the camera. Several arrests so far!

Read 3 Felonies a Day, then come back and say whether it's a good idea to prosecute your opponents, knowing they can prosecute you next time.

In fact, just read the Amazon synopsis of the book, which basically says we all break the laws because they're written so complex that it's impossible not to.

Elections have always been like making sausage, with participants pushing the bounds of law and going over the line.  Both sides.

Eventually, the Dems are going to have to prosecute all 126 Republican house members who signed the Amicus Brief supporting the Texas vs Pennsylvania filing by Ken Paxton.  Then the hundreds of Repubs from the 17 states that filed their own Amicus Briefs in support.

Maybe some folks think it's a good idea, but I think that's a prelude to chaos, maybe even a Civil War.  At the very least, payback is inevitable,  unless they manage to lock up all their opponents.

It is becoming more and more difficult not to see the Republican Party as a criminal organization.

There’s no such thing as fake electors,” Kern said. “If it was illegal, we wouldn’t have done it.

https://reason.com/2023/07/20/here-is-why-trumps-contingent-electors-say-they-did-nothing-illegal/

“I was an alternate elector in November 2020 for President Donald Trump,” he said.

“I was asked to step up along with other ordinary citizens and I chose to accept,” Kern continued. “I was honored and will always be honored to preserve the constitutional election challenges filed by both the Democrat and Republican parties since the 1960 presidential elections.”

https://azcapitoltimes.com/news/2024/03/25/fake-elector-lashes-out-at-attorney-general-governor/

You might try acquainting yourselves with the Constitution before you post such nonsense. There are always alternate electors, How else would a candidate have their electoral votes cast? But what legitimate alternate electors don't do can't legally do is forge documents and/or declare themselves the legitimate electors when the legislature and the courts have ruled otherwise.

History is repeating itself now, the Dems are destroying the values of which my country was established by the use of lawfare!

One example is SC rejected Colorado 9-0 when they tried to remove him from the ballot as been reported!

I didn't say Biden was ineffective, just geriatric. If you follow the many economic experts on Youtube you can see that the 'strong economy' is a lie, the increase in (poor quality) jobs is always revised downwards at the beginning of a new month, there are wage increases to offset inflation but what isn't said is that at the same time the number of hours worked are cut down due to lack of orders, it's the last step before mass layoffs. Americans are broke, mass delinquencies on credit card payments (23% interest) where even minimum payments are no longer affordable. Houses are no longer affordable, car repossessions are rising drastically, the yield curve is still inverted causing banks to restrict credit, the medium to small banks are basically insolvent due to the commercial property price decline, beyond 50% which are on their books as collateral for the original price. Every 100 days the government debt rises by one trillion dollars, social security for the baby boomers is unafordable. America has the strange situation of a recession with high interest rates, the interest paid on government debt each month is more than the defense budget. does that sound like a strong economy?

Trump is just the top of the dung heap underneath him in the Senat are a large number of spineless supporters, Marjory Taylor Green of low IQ is just one example. Certainly there are some good people in the GOP who oppose Trump (far to few)

America isn't alone with a failing economy, the economic crisis is worldwide and America, due to its reserve currency status, will be the last domino to fall (probably just as other countries start to recover).

It is as it is, I don't care, I have no debt and I don't live in America, but the world seems to be going to hell in a hand cart, being old has its advantages.

The problem for Repub 'payback' is that they have to find actual crimes.

trump makes it so easy, because he engaged in so many criminal activities, that his dance card is currently filled to the brim with court dates.

Now if some Dem steals TS, SCI, SAP, SITK, Codeword, HCS and RD documents, by all means they should be prosecuted. Similarly if a losing Dem candidate calls a State official and pressures him to commit election fraud, by all means prosecute. Plus, if a losing Dem candidate gets involved in a scheme to have fake electors change the actual results of an election, prosecute. Finally, if a Dem losing candidate calls his supporters to DC for a simple election certification, tells them to march to the Capitol and fight like hell, and then sits and watches the unfolding violence on TV while refusing to order the DC National Guard---who informed him they were ready to go---then by all means throw the book at him.

Come November, the Republicans are going to have major regrets putting Trump in charge of their money.

They didn't put him there, he moved in on them.  Like a mob takeover.  Maybe organizations (or people) who favor strong-arm tactics have an appreciation of getting it used on themselves, sort of like sadomasochism.

But he started this soon after he became former president, specifying to his followers "send your donation to ME, not the Republican Party."

Most of the Biden haters here support Trump, not the Republican party. Which is very bad for the GOP.

Bernie Sanders' loss in the Dem primaries in 2016 is not germane to this topic, which is about Donald Trump's illegal recruitment of fake electors.

So why did you mention him then?

You can't even get your riposte correct. The thread isn't about Trump recruiting anyone. It's about how democrats are so desperate to stop Trump that they clutch at any straw prosecuting people accused of being fake electors.

Oh dear, you are making things up again. Apparently you don't know that the POTUS isn't in charge of the money. That is the lower house.
