To me the key here would be to hold the “guards” employee also liable … financially so.. 

 

You charge the guard with a criminal act subject to arrest and imprisonment.. natural persons can be imprisoned … at the same time, you charge the employer with a civil offense subject to steep fines and/or seizure of any assets used in the commission of said employees crime .. as you cant really imprison a corporate entity, you go after what they do have - assets … 

 

that to me, is how best to tackle it.. go after each parties exposure. 

 

I’ve long said, once you start taking away people’s “stuff” from the wealthy, they take notice - because that’s the weak spot.. for those who don’t have large assets, you take the freedom, incarcerate them.

By all accounts, it looks like the 3 tattooed thugs went out looking for trouble and found it. Was the response from the security guards disproportionate? Yes, but hopefully the 3 tattooed thugs will think twice next time before starting any trouble.

Do I detect an element of sarcasm in you response? Doesn't matter.

 

Like it or not, Pattaya, or Thailand for that matter, attracts an unsavory crowd that likes to cause trouble when out drinking or frequenting these kinds of establishments. I've seen it with my own eyes many times before. And it's not specifically Brits that are doing it either. It just happens to be our turn for the spotlight this particular moment in time. Does that mean I side with the security guards? Absolutely not, as I made it abundantly clear that I thought their response was disproportionate. If it makes you feel any better, I will add that I think the "soccer guy" who kicked the Brit on the floor in the head, should be prosecuted and face more than a small fine and a simple wai.

Rewatched the video    have a different perspective if anyone cares    guy in the blue shirt talked s##t in the bar to other farangs and seemed agitated   but when his boy in the white shirt needed him   he just stood there

guy in the white shirt was doing fine one on one and apparently wanted to square up he dealt one of the fat ones a good shot to the nose

he only went down when it was 3 v 1 

guy in light blue shirt didn't try to fight just tried to break it up   and the 3 of them attacked him

 

So it was 3 v 1
