Misleading - Essentially half true, half false.

Private citizen Harris not yet chosen as Biden's running mate did post a tweet encouraging donations to the tax exempt Minnesota Freedom Fund. Harris did not personally benefit from donations.

MFF's mission was to provide cash bail assistance to those people incarcerated in Minnesota being held in pretrial detention. Upon release the defendant returns funs to MMF. Harris concern was that while 7% of Minnesota were Black people, they made up 31% incarcerated. This was after the killing of George Floyd that triggered massive and violent protests.

As it was only 8% of those arrested in connection with the Floyd protest that had to post bail. So MMF had a windfall in untaxable donations.
