Do you work out regularly George - with all the health problems you re facing?

Yes everyday sometimes twice a day as I suffer from anxiety as well

But the last 2 weeks I have barely been going as I now have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I have a new GP who is quite good ,better than the last 2 this year who just became plain rude to me.

I went to the gym today, treadmill and exercise bike 2 hours 500 calories

I put the phone on the treadmill so I can use it to read etc

I go to the gym because I enjoy the exercise. The one I use is The Fitness which has great facilities in the one near me and is cheap. I do get additional exercise by walking to and from the gym. I don't live far from it, just over 1 mile (1.9km actually).

Virgin Active. 5 or 6 locations in BK. Swimming pool. Great gym. staff and instructors.

Originally I belonged to CalWow beginning in '05, now long-since bankrupt.

Then True Fitness, likewise bankrupt.

Virgin Active is well funded and best equipped, I've been a member since '15.

I hear muscle factory is the most popular in terms of social media both in BKK and Pattaya

Has anyone tried there?

Which gym are you using and why ?

I had a life membership at Tony's for years before it went pear shaped.

I bought my children a condo at one of the big water park theme condos being built around town, it's a 5 minute drive from my home.
The annual Juristic fees are 15000 baht, cheap.

I use the facilities most days and save on gym membership.

Tony's is still operating

Yes, lots of car fumes with the location.

Outdoor gym, corner 3rd road and Pattaya Tai.

It's not for me, I'd like to know if you can use lifetime membership

Me too Mostly walking from my bed to the sofa, then to the kitchen to make coffee, then I go for a quick jog to the Toilet, and a nice stroll back to the sofa.

Same here, although in the evening I make a detour via the fridge.

After a couple of years of using gyms here, I got fed up of insufficient parking / waiting on this or that machine / unpleasant staff / minimal AC (if any) / stinky toilets and everything about them. I bought two sets of dumbbells and a resistance band off Lazada and doing everything at home these days. It isn't ideal but I prefer it that way.

So I did during COVID. Added TRX knockoff, treadmill. Only two dumbbells needed. Isometric leg (leg raises) and back exercises (hyperextension and revers) off the bed.🙂 Stayed in good shape. Added a side stepper recently. May go back to that at some point.

I use a bicycle.  I get on it and ride it.  I feel tired and stop.  I do it every day.

Everyday and good on you

The hardest is actually going to do it

Excuses go through your mind but not to do  it

Great discipline

I think there's gay porn on your fave porn site to satisfy that fantasy. Not sure your boyfriend would approve of a lurid interest in other forum posters' buttocks, anyway. You of course have your own gym in which to study the male rear anatomy, but I'm not sure that you really go there.

After needing arthroscopy on your knee in 2023 and then again nearly a year later just a couple of weeks ago?

So that's either another of your made-up stories or simply stupid. The need for calorie tracking also signals the usual cluelessness.

Now it's going to be very difficult to get back to your fitness

You left it too long

Look up "muscle memory" and get back to us. It's much easier to get back into shape after a layoff than it is go get fit for the first time.
